DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON A PARTY UNLESS YOU ONLY PAY FOR PASSES!!!
THERE IS A SHOCKING LACK OF MANAGEMENT.
We were the first party to arrive at our time slot. No one was there to show us to our table or confirm anything when we arrived at the suggested 15 mins early. Two parties were seated before us. 15 mins after our party was supposed to start and 30 min after our arrival we had to find someone to give us our passes and go over the details. Even 30 minutes after our party started no one was there to host our party. Finally our host arrived almost 45 mins after our designated party time. Nothing was ready, including our cake which they did not know we ordered through them. My son did not receive his pinata until everyone left and we were walking out of the door. No kids got goody bags nor did anyone get cotton candy. When cashing out his tickets the woman could not answer any questions and said they were out of over half the items my son requested and we couldn't have what was on the shelf. My son and his friends had fun but as a parent this was a total nightmare. I reserved his party almost a month before hand. I called to confirm a week before and went over everything including the cake. The lack of professionalism and management was disturbing. This location is lacking management in ways I have never seen. My son did not even receive his "theme" items. This whole "party" was a joke. I could have spent less planning more and having more for my son to experience. He literally has begged to go to Chuck E Cheese for months and I normally refuse due to the lack of management in the location near us. However for his party I was willing to pay top dollar and drive out of our way to another location to give him the party he deserves. The employees were rude except for our server who arrived over half an hour late apologetically. Management should have handled this. However I did not even see a manager on site and the only employees who were working had the worst attitudes nor wanted to assist anyone. I am sorry it was a hassle for them to do their JOB. I work in customer service and would never treat a paying customer this way nor allow it in my business. The only time I received any kind of positive response is when I asked if I had to tip my server cash since the CC receipt did not...
Read moreMy daughters birthday party was practically ruined! When we got there, no one greeted us. We found our own table. Our server (who was "the manager" did not have anything ready.) My guests were waiting for 30 minutes before they received their cards to play. When I asked her why she didn't have the cards ready she said "I'm sorry but I had to take your order & see how many cards you needed." which defeats the purpose of booking a party online & confirming a day before. During the party, I served food, I served the drinks. The kids were ages 2-8 & the cups had no lids or straws on them (disaster waiting to happen). I was pretty upset & asked to speak to a manager & guess who comes out from the back? Our server. I explained the situation & told her I was very upset & she said "ok, I'll go talk to you in a minute." Never saw her again! When we were signing happy birthday two other servers showed up but when it was time to cut the cake, our servers disappeared & we had nothing to cut the cake with. Finally they showed up again & cut the cake. I told them I was extremely upset, they apologized & I said I was done with apologies & needed a manager to come talk to me. I ordered food for the adults & the food arrived 30 minutes before the party ended. The wings were cold, we sent them back & by the time they brought the wings back everyone was ready to go home. While I'm finally talking to a manager she informed me that the two pizzas I ordered were finally ready & if I still wanted them. No! My guest were gone. I don't want anything. At the end, I didn't get charged for the cold wings or the pizzas I never got. I booked a party for 20 kids, only 18 showed up & she charged me for 15 kids. So she only discounted about $40. Last but not least, my baby got to go into the ticket blaster when all the guests were gone. This was a horrible experience for my guests & myself. I've had two parties at this location before, I am familiar with the process & was expecting to get better...
Read moreToday, I went to the establishment with my three children and bought a combo with a pizza. I got number 12, and the cashier named Salem told me it would take about an hour. I said it was okay and started playing with my kids. After 45 minutes, I went to check the order status and saw they were only on number 9, so it was going to take longer. My number 12 wasn't called or shown any progress. Feeling frustrated with the long wait, I went to the order area again and politely asked the lady there for help. However, she responded in a very rude and angry manner, saying many things I couldn't understand as I don't speak English. Some of her staff tried to calm her down, but she was rude to them as well. I realized she was the manager, Melanie. I approached the kind cashier and asked if I could talk to the manager, and she informed me that Melanie was the one who treated me so poorly. I couldn't believe that the person in charge of a place for children could be so rude and arrogant. They should have someone more friendly. It was especially distressing as she approached me yelling while I was...
