I usually give Chick-fil-A the upmost respect for always getting my orders, correct! Today Chick-fil-A really gave me a change of heart! My colleagues asked me to pick up dinner for work! I agreed went and made my order, was not Given the condiments that I paid for because they do charge for avocado, lime ranch! I called them to tell them the mistake they had made, mind you I spent almost $60 on my pick up. Upon arriving to work, I looked for the condiments there were nowhere to be found, I looked for the receipt, I found the receipt and the receipt was not my order! It had a completely different order on the receipt! Luckily, they had another receipt, stuck to the bag, which shows that I was charged for the avocado, lime ranch! I called the store and tell them what happened, I’m told to go back to pick it up, because I am already at work. And I was asked by a shift leader, which I was told was a manager that the only thing they could do for me was replace one meal out of everything! The team leader/manager Not sure exactly who I am talking to at this point! Handed the phone to a woman and the woman told me that they are working with a new team and they really don’t know what they are doing so if I could forgive them for that! I told her that this is a franchise and if the store isn’t running correctly, how is that my fault? She then proceeded to tell me that I should give her the best contact number so she can talk it over with the team and figure out what they wanted to do about the issue! Read moreI’m at this brand new Chic-fil-A that was obviously built for drive through efficiency, there are like 40 employees here standing around and no other customers and there seems to be mass confusion over who is responsible for assisting with placing drive through orders. I placed my order for two combo meals pull around to the other side and there’s automated sliding glass door around six employees standing around outside talking. So I sat there for five or six minutes and then one of them waves me over to the parking space to wait. So another 5 to 7 minutes waiting and finally here comes the order. The two large drinks had no ice in them for the sweet tea. I had was warm till I got home. I mean clearly this is a brand new location. They’re training a bunch of new people but seriously there’s no other customers there at both points that I barely get acknowledged with packs of employees standing around dazed and confused. Chick-fil-A is there a good job training their employees to say my pleasure even though they don’t really mean it, but they need to learn how to direct their employees focus to customers when they’re there. Fast food restaurants seem to think that they’re doing us a favor for being there when really we’re doing them a favor paying inflated rate for their half ass food just for convenience. Read moreI really wanted to like and enjoy having a location 5 minutes away but just about everytime I’ve visited them my order has been wrong or missing items. I will not be going back to this location, really fed up at this point. On separate occasions I’ve had a whole order of fries missing, ordered a sausage egg and cheese English muffins…missing the egg. Ordered a salad added blue cheese and I didn’t take anything off, they substituted the cheese instead of adding the blue cheese. Yes I wanted both lol. I ordered a parfait with the cookie crumbles but removed the fruit. They gave me a half fill cup with only yogurt no cookie toppings or anything. I ordered my kids dinner earlier this week, zero sauces. Ordered two salad dressings, received zero. I rarely get napkins and they don’t always include utensils for things like Mac n cheese or the parfaits. I’ve only called once about my order being wrong but I’m not one to constantly complain about every little thing however at this point it’s pretty outrageous the amount of issues I’ve had in the short time they been open. And I didn’t want to seem like a chronic complainer but clearly looking at the few reviews left I’m not alone. And I NEVER leave reviews.
