Someone needs to change the trash can outside the walk-up window. Whew, it smells like someone's been using it to drop dookie overnight and it's just sitting in there. Really bad.
I get that their "culture/vibe" is hanging out the window into your car asking you about your life, but the baristas should be better about reading body language and understanding when folks aren't in the mood and just want their coffee.
Same goes for their "in your face" tip requests to catch you off guard. If baristas want to give customers the opportunity to tip, fine, do what every other business does and give the customer a screen to let them select the tip choice they want - don't give people whiplash with the "radical dude, let's boogie" then immediately "HOW MUCH WOULD YOU LIKE TO TIP WE HAVE $1, $2, or $3!" Super uncomfortable, especially when you have to wait quite a while for your drink.
The actual beverages are tasty, but the weekend lines are not worth the wait...

We spend a lot at this specific location because it's the closest and we've always had good experiences (besides the times when they don't know how to work the double lanes). They CLOSE AT 10PM. I just want to cry😖 We've been going to dutch all over for a few years and have never experienced this (early morning or close to closing [not a fan of being super close to closing, but we leave tips to help]). Also, I feel like they should stop with the constant window talking. If they see a customer isn't in the mood to talk they shouldn't try to start up a conversation.
