Fourth of July, my daughter was hungry and she was craving for chipotle for the past few days so we decided to go here at 2:17 PM. They were closing at 3pm these day the first thing the lady at the Food line told us in a rude way after we told her that we going to dine in. There were 4 workers all women’s, and for unknown reason they all were with the bad attitude including the back lady at the grill. You get nothing friendly at this place, they make you feel like you are begging for free food. The lady at the food line with the very well makeup was so rude and rushing my daughter after finish the 2 meal for my wife and I. she was trying to get what my other daughter brought home from chipotle the other day. so she was asking over the phone. Anyway at this point at was at the register with my wife and I meals and I told the cashier that one more meal was coming twice in Spanish and she never answered back to me and there was more people watching and waiting for Togo orders, and they were also looking at me like looks like she don’t want to answer back so I told her for a third time in English, do you speak Spanish and she say back to me. Yes, I already hear you, and I told her back well since you never answer I was asking. Not sure if the name on my receipt is her name but Evelyn is what is showing on. The total for our 3 meals and chips and queso and one drink was $46.66 and you still had to deal with this type of service? I get it when you are buying hotdogs at the gas station but not here. In my opinion if they don’t want to deal with humans in the food hospitality business they need to think twice before applying for jobs like this. I’m understand how crazy some people are because I’m in the food industry too. but I love my job and you need to be patient when people is acting crazy but we weren’t. By the way, the same lady who was at the Register came to start putting the tables and chairs up next to us and sweeping the floor right after we sit to eat our meals the place was nasty all the tables and floor so we had to clean our own table. Do I want to go back here? Nope thank you, and please excuse...
Read moreI have been going to Chipotle Mueller since it opened usually staff is very nice and approachable until recently when I got to the cashier Kari who was incredibly rude. I kept having to repeat what I ordered so she could charge me correctly but seemed to be bothered and in a horrible mood. She kept throwing my food in my bag which was surprising since she kept making mistakes. I had to go back to the line twice because she forgot to give me the juice for the kids meal but she was even more bothered when I asked for the kids chips and slams them inside the bag. When I told her she didn't need to have such an attitude and throw the chips in the bag she called her even ruder manager Robert ( I think that was his name) he signaled me with his hands to leave and all he said was " I will talk to her" he didn't even apologize for her behavior. It seemed like it's repetitive behavior on her behalf because he wasn't even surprised. At this point I was more shocked with him being the manager and shooing a customer away, clearly he doesn't know how to treat customers and allows his employees to do the same. He has no good manager skills- please bring the other women who was manager before, she knew how to make a situation right. Hopefully this location improves, it makes it draining to deal with unprofessional, rude...
Read moreI visited on 9/8 and 9/9/25 and had the worst service experience I’ve ever had here. The cashier in training was nice, but the trainer — a shorter Hispanic woman working the back bar — was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional both days.
On my first visit, I was just trying to use my points and had a simple question. Instead of helping, she snapped at me with a horrible attitude and told me “I already told you” in the most dismissive way possible. On the next day, I came back because my girlfriend had lost her ID, and before I even spoke she was glaring at me. When I asked politely about the ID, she brushed me off again with the same nasty tone, saying she had already told someone else no. She didn’t even bother to check or show any effort.
This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposed to be training others. If this is how she treats paying customers, I can only imagine the toxic environment she is creating for her coworkers. Management needs to take action and remove her from a training role — honestly, I don’t think she should be working with...
