The worst possible customer service possible. I ordered through the app and the first order went to the right location. Great. Then I order again to a different location and after completing the order it showed being delivered to the original address. I called the store for assistance, immediately and some young lady told me I would have to talk to the dasher since they were already on the way to the store. I tried talking to the dasher who was unwilling to change the address and continued to the location of the previous order. I called the store back, same young lady said she couldn't help me?!?!? I asked to speak to the manager at which point she just put me on hold saying nothing, then after a long hold she told me the manager wasn't available and I told her I wanted to hold. She then put me back on hold before picking up and hanging up on me. I called back, same run around. I told her I wanted to hold until the manager was available to which she said well he's not available. Then I said, ok I want a refund as the dasher was telling me my order was being canceled and I would have to call doordash. She literally sarcastically laughed at me. I told her how unprofessional that was and I wanted to speak to the manager. Low and behold he picked right up. I explained everything including the laughing and he said she was probably laughing at something else. OMG, finally he refunded me, which I did appredciate. But what a joke! I am not a "karen"!!! At all! I just wanted them to make this right, help me correct the order, delivery address, or refund me. But besides 20 minutes of garbage customer service, I did get the refund but I will NEVER be doing business with...

so, my friend has been telling me about this place for a while now. so, I finally checked it out and omgeeee! best cookie I've ever had! I'm scared that this may have ruined every other cookie I have from there, cause this one was just soo good- not sure if any will ever beat it. sad that its not a permanent cookie (they rotate out weekly, except 2 I believe). I had the Chilled Cookies & Cream Milkshake ** I LOVE YOU !!! I had a bite of my friends pumpkin cookie. it was delish, but I'm just not a pumpkin person. I think you just have to monitor the menu and come check it out when something really pops out to you * my friend said she loved the pb&j cookie that was on the menu a week or 2 ago. I have another friend asking for a coconut cookie. I said maybe in the summer? no idea. I just think this Cookies and Cream Milkshake cookie was AMAZING ** it made every other cookie I've ever put in this...

I've been trying to buy any type of kiwi boot water and stain repellent spray for the brand new boots I bought from Walmart for the last two and a half months and they never have any product on the shelf and every time you ask some employee if you can ask an employee without them rolling their eyes at you were telling you they don't work in that department they tell you oh yeah it's coming next week and it never does What does a disabled veteran in single father of two little girls have to do to get some damn stain/water boot repellent in this place. Sears or I just order everything off of Amazon cuz Walmart never has nothing...
