They make good pizza but tend to be inflexible when handling issues and don't take a pro-customer point of view on a lot of things, in particular to correct their mistakes. Today they called exactly 15 minutes after I'd placed an order to tell me they'd run out of an ingredient for something I ordered, I told them I would call them back after discussing with my girlfriend what we'd like to do.
