For your health do not eat anything from this location! I normally order online and have the order delivered. I'm tired of paying a "delivery" fee, which goes to the store and not the driver. There was just mass chaos when I entered the store. Trash, food and delivery boxes on the nasty floor. I gave my information to Tina the woman who never greeted me when I entered. Then I could not belive what I was seeing. She was picking up both the folded and unfolded boxes from the floor and was putting them back on the stocking table for customers food. I pulled out my phone and started recording what she was doing. After several minutes of me watching my order time go from 8 to 12 to 22 minutes on the order bord, she explained they were finishing up on a very large order, so I decided to step outside to my car. Just moments later I see the store employee that was making the food walk outside with raw dough in his hand. I already had my phone out so I filmed this employee walk out to the parking lot, raw dough still in hand walk to a car, maybe a delivery car I am not sure. Still filming I followed him back into the store and use that same dough to make somone's order. IN CLEAR SIGHT! He didn't toss out the dough and grab a new one, didnt even wash his hands after touching the door handle on both sides of the door! If I saw only these two things as just a regular customer, I shutter to think of how many other health code violations are happening behind the scenes. I placed an order on 12/31 at 12:45pm. The delivery window was between 1:16pm - 1:36pm. My order wasn’t delivered until 1:56pm. When I tried to report the issue using the app, it said I had to call the store. I called and called and called and no one picked up. I even tried calling the next day but no one picked up. I then came into the store on 1/02/2020 to talk with a manager about a refund, but I got the assistant manager who told me I had to wait till for manager to come in on 1/03/2020 so I did.
Today is 1/03/2020 and I called first to see if I could get through. First call, no answer. Second call someone picked up and told me to “please hold”. I waited on hold for 9 min. Then I herd the phone get picked up then a disconnecting click and the call ended. I called back immediately and no one picked up again. 😡 During this I was on the way to the store. When I entered the store I called and saw them not pick up the phone.
The manager is apparently making deliveries so now I am waiting.
Oh and the issue about the App, their reasoning was the app doesn’t take into account how busy the store is and how many drivers they have. That’s something that needs to be brought in in a meeting or something. Not the customers fault.

Read moreI NEVER make reviews but the experience I just had with this store was absolutely unacceptable. We order from here all the time and our orders are CONSTANTLY wrong but like I said I’m not big on calling people out... I’ve just had enough.. My boyfriend is vegan and I ALWAYS order him a pacific veggie on thin crust (because that’s the only vegan crust) and extra veggies without any of the three cheeses.
We just got the pizza and it had all three cheeses AND it was on hand tossed crust. I had him call up there and let them know ... and the lady stated that since it was an online order, they couldn’t remake the pizza and we would have to RE ORDER a whole new one..... so I called and she told me the same thing so I repeatedly told her that this is NOT what I ordered, I wouldn’t purposely put wrong info on this order and he was vegan and couldn’t have any type of dairy whatsoever. It took me repeating myself about ten times before she put me on hold for the manager. The associate picked the phone back up and was rudely asking me what I wanted.... THEN you can hear the very unprofessional manager in the back yelling “what did they want?!? On thin crust??! ITS GOING TO BE BURNT” with a very irritated attitude like it wasn’t her job to make a freaking pizza. & finally as the associate apologizes for getting our order incorrect , the manager yells “don’t f*ing apologize to them!”
Who says that? Totally unprofessional and rude. I will never be ordering from this store again. I will be contacting...
