Golden Chick — Restaurant in Austin

I placed an order online and then received a text stating my order was ready for pick up. My husband then arrives at GC and when he asked for the order he was told there was no order in my name. I then send him screenshots of the order details and I spoke with an employee named Juana who told me there was no order and if there was no order they could not give order. Which i understand but as I told her i received a message stating it was ready as you can see the creen shots also show my order. She said we you can cancel the order. I stated to Juana that it had no option to cancel. So I told her so what do I do she said well we need an order confirmation I said I sent the screenshot of order confirmation she continued to say well there is no order so my husband told her you asked for the confirmation there it is and she still continues to state there is no order on her end. My husband felt embarrassed after she stated she would give the order but that it wasn’t on her end showing. Again she wouldn’t stop stating the same over and over and my husband said your not giving to me I have the amount paid and order number. He then came home after so much back and forth. Missing 4 rolls and the wings were not lemon pepper they were plain. I am very disappointed in the way she handled this situation....

I order a number 1 "4 tenders w/ fries and a roll. I asked for fresh food. I did not receive my food fresh like I asked. So I blew my horn to get the cashier in the drive thur attention. I said "my food is not fresh", basically the. Cashier asking me what's not fresh the whole order is not fresh. So she ask me do you want the whole order fresh I said yes. I always go to this golden chick but several times I have to ask for fresh tenders. I shouldn't have to ask for fresh food. I am just tired of the hassle behind fresh food. I know it take 10 minutes for fresh tenders, but Instead of taking my food back for the second time I just kept it and this is what it looks like. For a regular customer I know golden chick tenders does not suppose to look like this when they fresh. In result they drop the tenders and fries back in the grease like I...

First off, let's start off with how unbusy they wher. Only two people ordering including myself. I asked for spicy chicken for my number two. I did not get it. With the amount of staff they had on hand, ( about 6 or more) there should have been no reason for my ourder to be wrong at all. To top it off I wish I could post a picture on here to show the uncooked chicken, (looks like they jam way too many in to cook at a time) and the sticker they left on the ranch showing when they should throw it out. The date I ordered and am writing this on is Friday may 13th, and the sticker said it expired on the 12th. So I just ate some nasty ranch with my uncooked chicken. Never had a bad experience with this company, but this place needs a good cleanse. Never going back to this location and personally this ruined my taste for Golden chick....
