Cheery place filled with friendly helpful people. "Los", the Espresso Engineer who examined my Gaggia Classic could not have been nicer nor more helpful or thorough. Tested flow, pressure, temperature and scaling in no time at all, on the spot. It turns out my 7 year old machine still has to go back in for some rehab, but they have me in a repair queue and will call me when my turn is up so I still have use of my Gaggia till then--super helpful process. I got my machine back and boy did they do me right. From the time they started to the time it was fixed was 1 day. The fix was more simple than previously thought so they ended up charging me about half of what I was quoted.
