Previously I ordered 10 pizzas, this time I ordered 7 pizzas; an order of Cinnabon’s and an order of Brownies. Just for the sake of context.
Yesterday, I placed my order at 7:45am to be delivered to my church by 5:45pm. I received a notification at 5:30p-ish that it would be delivered by 6:14pm. 30min late! I called the store- was told only two people showed up for work. How is that my problem? At 5:45 they were still preparing my pizza order. I also tipped the driver $20 when I placed my order, not aware that it was a DoorDash Driver. I was notified a little after 6pm that my order was picked up. I didn’t received my order until 6:38 when the church is less than 10 minutes from the store. I had to cancel the pizza social to keep our event on schedule. It was a waste. When my order arrived, it was lukewarm at best; the Cinnabon’s were doughy and so undercooked- they were inedible; the brownie I ordered was missing. A few minutes later I received a text from the DoorDash Driver saying, “I dropped your cookie that’s why I couldn’t give it to you.”
Now, the problem with this is- I ordered from this same Pizza Hut previously when I had an event at church. That time I personally picked up my order. I arrived early and waited 30 minutes for my order that time. Again I was told my order was large and they didn’t have enough staff. But I saw lots of workers stumbling over each other, yet my order was delayed. I want my money fully refunded. I also want the $20 tip to the inept delivery driver refunded as well. I was told, “we don’t have delivery drivers. We contract with DoorDash.” How and I supposed to know that as a consumer? I didn’t pay DoorDash, I paid my transaction to Pizza Hut. This was a total mess both times I ordered from this Pizza Hut. And it will never...

FINALLY got a one-topping stuffed crust replacement but not before a bizarre, frustrating amount of phone calls to the experience people that emailed me to tell me I had $30 I could use on my "account" (non-existent) to use with the store. They said to check out with them and they'd know what I was talking about.
Apparently, someone used my phone number to order themselves a pan pizza, and I guess convinced them they were me? I never ordered or received anything besides the wrong pizza a couple weeks ago and (thankfully) the free stuffed crust today.
It would have been better to just refund $30 to my credit card. Less hassle. BUT they ultimately did the right thing, so review has been updated.
Ordered a stuffed crust pineapple pizza (large) and got ... A regular pineapple pizza with no stuffed crust.
When I called and asked about it, I was told they delivered it that way cause there was no stuffed crust left ... Then tell me that so I can cancel the order?
And this isn't the location's fault but the Door Dasher they used was late cause they couldn't figure out the address.

A women picked up and said, “We’re close!” And I said, “I ordered my food like an hour ago, where’s my order.” She said, “is this Malik, yuh the guy tried to search for your spot but it showed an empty lot.” Then I said, “ok so he should have called me, you have my number.” So She said, “he tried calling you and you never picked up.” I said, “ I never got a call from no one” She said, “Yes you did” So I said, “No I did not, my last call was my friend, so where’s my order?” She said, “it’s cancelled” I’m like, “how are you going to cancel my order, without telling the person, does that make sense?” Her: ....
