Worst experience at a short stop ever! Ashley who is a manager and the GM Joe Moreno do not run this location properly krystle look my order repeated it back to me it was correct. When I got home all the way on riverside all 4 burgers were incorrect. I called to try and get them to make it as a credit for next time like most fast food places do if they mess up and was told I would have to save my food and bring it all back to get it fixed or a refund as that was policy. That was dinner for my family that night an seeing as I couldn't go back during 5 o clock traffic because it would be an extra hour out of my way we were forced to eat something we didn't want because we couldnt go back and were very hungry. All I wanted was for them to correct their mistake and not make me go out of my way to get it fixed! Now the reason I said Ashley does not run the store correctly is because instead of them making sure my order was correct all but 2 of her workers were just standing around doing nothing arms crossed and leaning against the inside of the building. If they would spend less time talking amongst themselves and were more focused on their customers who are the people that their company gets the money to pay their checks this wouldn't have happened. This location needs so much improvement I did call the corporate number given to me and am currently waiting on a call back but if I dont get one I definitly will be calling them back again. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one on 7th street it's so much better in customer service and quality of food...

Cars Get to the window the young girl has our drinks and hands us our drink totally drops one yup gives us a look like if we did it NO YOU DID!! (with your disgust attitude) then goes to get other and we kindly and I must say Kindly ask for a straw,she gives us this look like f... I then offered to pay for it yup Smh she grabs one and comes back and tells us look i gave you straws with your receipt!! In her mad attitude voice yup she sure did and shut the window. First of all your customer service needs improvement!! The food was cold??!!!
