Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

When you eat jets pizza for the first time your life will be forever changed. You come to the realization that that hole in your life, you've been eating "pizza" like dominoes pizza hut etc...JETS PIZZA IS A GIFT SEND FROM GOD HIMSELF. I have gained 20 pounds because once I take that first bite of a Detroit style pepperoni pizza with extra sauce, I can't stop and I eat and eat and eat and I feel like I've reached nirvana! The delivery driver wasn't the typical shady dominoes guy that you worry might have spat in your food and looks miserable NO This guy was incredibly polite and great energy and had this "it" factor...like he actually enjoyed working there. I decided one day after having at least 16 deliveries in 3 weeks I went to jets to pick up the pizza because I wanted to see how the employees and the owners of the place conducted their business. I believe the owners name was Noel...he decided that since I'm a regular customer to give me a free cinna stick with my normal order...the man seemed like he had a heart of gold and made sure he did everything possible to make sure that I was satisfied with my pizza... everyone there has a smile on their face and great customer service. I will be.completly honest and tell you jets is ADDICTING you have NEVER had pizza until you've tried jets. You get what you pay for... dominoes and Papa johns.is so bland and tastes like the pizza box it's in. JETS however tastes so good I had a dream about eating. I feel like I've developed an addiction to this fine establishment and last week I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce 6 days in a row...I can guarantee you people this,.you will have a spiritual experience and find enlightenment when you order from here. If you look at my reviews on other places I say a lot of negative things. But YOU MUST EAT JETS YOU WILL REALIZE this is the greatest pizza ever to exist, it's as of it's the pizza sent...

UPDATE: One of the managers did in fact call today and offer to resolve the issue by way of offering a credit.

I have placed large orders from this company for the past 3 months. We have a company meeting every month that we provide pizza for, so delivery-time is important.

Price is reasonable, pizza is decent, however delivery times are VERY unreliable. July order was ~20 minutes late so I adjusted my arrival time this month to ensure it was on time - I scheduled arrival for 11:30am, to make sure pizza was here by noon (start time of the meeting). At 11:45 the pizzas still weren't here so I called the store - they suggested I order 15 minutes earlier moving forward, and then said the pizza's should be here soon (no apology or resolution). The delivery driver called at 12:02 to ask if I could meet him on the street. So.... by the time everything was said and done and pizzas were in the conference room, it was 12:05..... 35 minutes after the scheduled delivery time.

Since these pizzas are provided during scheduled meetings, I don't expect that I'll continue ordering from...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jet's Pizza and I must say, their food exceeded my expectations. The pizza was incredibly flavorful, with a perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings.
