Have had such Friendly Customer Service here most of the time! It usually takes Forever for my Bowls or Smoothie to come out but I’m okay waiting. Parking is NOT good- hard to get into, busy times it’s full & app isn’t user friendly ESPECIALLY if type have the discount Cup & Straw. Always very cold inside Juiceland’s BUT I’m usually going after teaching Hot Yoga or Fitness classes so I’m sweaty & thats not a good combo with the cold air, so I’m freezing & shivering. That’s at ALL of them & other places as well! 😉 They have a Drivethru! Many other JL do Not! I usually go inside with my Juiceland cup & straw though. *When they (Juiceland in general) first switched from FiveStars to Toast it was TERRIBLE!! I LOST (NOT My Fault!!) 250+ points 3 Different times!! I had to email & wait & have them fix it & the last time they didn’t give me my whole points back!!! The tablet was so NOT user friendly which is why this kept happening! Argh!!! VERY FRUSTRATING as I had been SAVING UP MY POINTS SINCE FiveStars!!!! PRE-COVID!!! The final time I just said “F it! I just won’t go there much any more! It’s not worth it!!” They make sooo much freaking money, everything is so expensive, & it costs them NOTHING to give me MY points back!! Read moreA customer had a smoothie at the location in Westlake Hills across the street from my Hospital which is Westlake Medical Center and claimed that they told the staff they were allergic to mango so they ordered a strawberry and banana based smoothie instead HOWEVER about 15 minutes after ingesting it they began having throat irritation and mild swelling so as the person was driving OUT of the parking lot they crossed the street and came to our ER presenting with complaint of throat selling and shortness of breath,. While triaging the pt they began vomiting profusely! They needed IV medications to reverse the allergic reaction as well as for the severe nausea and profuse vomiting. It is important that when a customer TELLS you they are allergic to a certain item that there is NO cross contamination in the blender. I do believe most definately there was residual mango in one of the blenders and therefore this person had an anaphylactic response. Luckily we are across the street and they got help very quickly in our ER but it can be very scary for the patient and family. I put this post not for criticism but for awareness. Read moreDo not buy the juiceland bottle that you can bring back as a discount on future drinks. Not worth the trouble. My husband walked in tonight to "refill" with my favorite Moderator juice and had this bottle on hand. The guy at the register asked him if he just grabbed it from the wall. My husband told him no, he had walked in with it. The guy picked up the bottle and told my husband that it looked super clean. This tone/accusation did not sit well with my husband. When my husband unscrewed the bottom and handed it to him, my husband showed him that the bottom was stained (beet juice). The guy took it to another guy and told him what had just transpired between him and my husband and the juice guy stared down my husband! On top of this, when I took my first drink, I knew right away, something was missing from the Moderator recipe. I know this because this is the only drink I get from here. I could not even drink it! I would hate to think that the juice guy purposely sabotaged my drink! I chose not to send my husband back to replace my drink because most likely nothing good would have come out of it. Very disappointed! P.S. Store all your merchandise behind the counter, so that the innocent won't get falsely accused just because they walked by the merchandise or it looks too clean to be returning...
