Honestly I thought there would be MORE homeless people considering how close it is to the church that helps the unhoused folks, but to my pleasant surprise I saw maybe 1-2 and they were just napping under a tree. Heck could have just been a person napping for all I know Now I’ll say this park is nice because it has a workout area, playground and tennis courts. It has a water fountain for humans and pets, but NO BATHROOM. I was impressed, no complaints with is as far as being a park goes, a solid neighborhood park with tennis courts. The running path is unpaved and is about .23 miles long. I ran 5 laps and ran 1.15 miles. I can imagine in the summer it’s a bit other as a place to run or workout since most of the run path and the workout area are unshaded, BUT the playground is in shade Overall one of the better parks I’ve been to in the ATX. A good neighborhood park

There are always homeless people camping out on the playscape, the picnic tables and the lawn. I had to ask a homeless person to get off the playscape so that my child could play. Dirty needles left on the physical playscape & ground. Disappointed they don't do more to protect this space for children.

Nice neighborhood Park. Saw an outdoor artist there. There is a pic nice bench, a body weight workout station, a play area for kids, and plenty if open room. It's level and has a smooth gravel walking path and surrounded by sidewalks.

This review will be about tennis at this park.

Tennis courts get busy after 5pm. There is one smooth grit court (green) and one coarser grit court (black).

The wind flaps are always broken, so when it is windy, they blow into the playing area of the court.

There are often individuals in the park tripping out and screaming/chanting while you play.

There are no bathrooms.

The courts have lights which are the courts one of two redeeming qualities. The second being you can change the playing surface by...

Nice park. Has 3 playgrounds if you count the exercise area. My daughter always seems to enjoy climbing around there when it is open. Newer area with climbing structures is nice, but it is probably better for kids 3 and up. A cool rope bridge that you dont see at many parks. There is another playground with 2 sets of swings near the...
