Honestly I thought there would be MORE homeless people considering how close it is to the church that helps the unhoused folks, but to my pleasant surprise I saw maybe 1-2 and they were just napping under a tree. Heck could have just been a person napping for all I know
Now I’ll say this park is nice because it has a workout area, playground and tennis courts. It has a water fountain for humans and pets, but NO BATHROOM. I was impressed, no complaints with is as far as being a park goes, a solid neighborhood park with tennis courts.
The running path is unpaved and is about .23 miles long. I ran 5 laps and ran 1.15 miles. I can imagine in the summer it’s a bit other as a place to run or workout since most of the run path and the workout area are unshaded, BUT the playground is in shade

Tennis courts get busy after 5pm. There is one smooth grit court (green) and one coarser grit court (black).
The wind flaps are always broken, so when it is windy, they blow into the playing area of the court.
There are often individuals in the park tripping out and screaming/chanting while you play.
