TL;DR High prices yet still overcharged for my food ... Happy Pocha is a last resort option when the wait lines at the other Korean restaurants in town are too long. That being said, I gave this place a chance and was disappointed. The prices are pretty high, and I'm from Los Angeles Koreatown, so inflation is definitely at work here. What's worse is there was a miscommunication about my order. I ordered the fried chicken appetizer for $15.99 but got charged for the fried chicken entree for $23.99.
