Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

Hot and NOT Ready: With the poor level of service, and inability to meet expectations, I am surprised this location is still open. It's been almost a year since I've given this location a try due to them not having a "Hot and Ready" pizza ready for me last time. This is the only reason why one would go to Little Caesar's, to get a pizza on the fly. Once again they have failed to meet this advertised expectation. The only option ready was their "Bestest" option. Available for an additional fee. In my business, if I do not have what my guest wants, I will find a solution for them to keep a happy customer. Steve, the named store manager, was not willing to do this for me today. I asked to speak with a manager as their advertised special was not so. Rather than address me directly to find a quick solution, he went in to ask his crew to put another pizza in, claiming I was going to wait and buy one. Rather than wait, I chose to pay the additional fee because my time is valuable. That was the point. Time. On my way out, Steve said, "That'll be the best dollar you spend..." and proceeded to tell me how good of a value it was. I have no problem with the value. He failed to understand the point. If I wanted this option, I would pay for this option. However, what I came in for was a quick pizza which was not ready. Honestly I don't usually leave reviews but I visited these guys on saturday and they had SUPERB PIZZZZAAAA!!!! Literally I was kinda complaining to the cashier how the Pizza hut over in this area is giving me inconsistent dry some times greasy sometimes cheesy definitely NOT extra pepperoni pizzas (I've had this issue even moving from my panhandle homeland pizza "huts", they aint the HUT they used to be) and this little Caesars in particular has exceptional pizza. I got the pretzel pepperoni this visit and as I was whining homie said "if you want flavor the cheesy sauce is good, but filling works best with the pizza sauce one. Here have a cheesy JALAPENO DIP to get that extra zest"!!! Love this place great customer service and when pizza hut jips me on my "extra pep (really lower than normal pep is what they give) jalapeno" I go here on Anderson mill for this Caesars pizza. Don't believe me? Look at the three photos I took, the PIZZA truly does outclass the hut and it's much more affordable in these trying times too. I get there and I put my code in for the pizza portal and it's not there so I'm thinking they havent put it in the portal yet or they forgot. The manager was wrapping up a big order for the people before me and what Im thinking happened is he accidentally gave them my order too because they must have forgotten to put it in the portal. Im waiting for 3 minutes for him to help me I tell him Im here to pick up my order and give him my name. He cant find it and then is like oh it looks like someone already took it out of the portal thats when I explain it was empty when I put my portal number in and then he proceeds to argue with me instead of simply saying they can remake it for me. I had to ask him to remake it because he didnt seem like he wanted to he thought I had already picked it up and was trying to get free food. He was assuming Im a thief.
