I’ve been supporting Tieisha for over 5 yrs. I’ve been beyond blessed not just with knowing her, but with partaking of her God given cooking talent!! She’s blessed me in more ways than one. She serves the BEST food in town and she gives you large portions. Since COVID-19 Tieisha is the only food truck service in Austin, Texas that gives you your monies worth with so much food. You literally can eat off one of her plates for 2-3 days. Oh gosh and did I happen to mention her desserts?!? Finding Soul Food in Austin is challenging. Finding good Soul Food in Austin is even more difficult. Mama'z is all the way on point! I ordered the oxtails plate. The oxtails were delicious. In addition to being huge! The greens were the real deal, not from a can. These are the same kind of greens that could be found at family functions and get togethers. The tea is unique and very good. While not a fan of banana pudding, I found the banana pudding to be delectable. Also, I must mention the portion sizes. I have never order an oxtails plate from somewhere and not been able to finish it all. The amount of food Mama'z provides was more than I could finish. I actual have oxtail leftovers! I went MaMa’Z Soul Kitchen for the first time and bought the seafood boil for my boys! OMG 😳 - it was so DELICIOUS 😋!!! My seafood broil include following: snow crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes, and boiled eggs. It was so good that my boys are already asking what else’s does Teinsaha make...so checkout her menu.
