Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Austin

I have never eaten Jack in the box before, and it was late, my wife just graduated, we needed something quick and easy. However, Dante could not envision the hell I would go through. First, the person taking my order responding to the question of what sauce came on a jumbo Jack was, "I have no idea." Then they proceeded to put down the wrong items on the screen and had no cares when I corrected then. Among this whirlwind, their shake machine was broken. I then waited 15 minutes to get to the window and receive my order. I ordered and after much pain the correct items would have been: Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack, Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger with bacon and mustard instead of mayo and ketchup, Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, and two curly fries. The only thing they got correct was the fries and Jr. Cheeseburger. The jumbo Jack had ketchup and mustard in addition to the bacon, and the Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack was just a jumbo Jack. It’s always amazing to me to go to a fast food restaurant that isn’t Chick Fil A and notice the difference in customer service. Went through the drive thru tonight because I had a craving for breakfast and Whataburger doesn’t start serving till 11 p.m. . The drive thru attendant had a real attitude as though he didn’t want to be at work. As I placed my order he kept asking me “is that all”. I know that’s not what they’re trained to say. Then after taking my money and giving my son and I our drinks he said pull around front. No please or thank you while I had extended a thank you to him for my change and drinks. I don’t understand why restaurants on the Eastside feel it’s okay to treat their customers like crap but I won’t be going back to this Jack in the Box ever again!! Plus the fact their prices have gone up exponentially as if they were a fine dining...

This place is absoluty horrible! This is the second time in a week that i tried to give this location a try since its closest to my house. On our first visit the employees informed us that they didnt have a manager running the store and only the employees were running the shift. Tonight when we tried to order through the drive-thru, after repeating my order 3 times, the girl continued to ring up the wrong items. My husband was livid at this point and told the girl nevermind. As we were driving off we pulled up next to the window only to find the girls laughing at the situation. I dont know who runs this store but they definitely need to clean house and get new employees that are trained properly so this location can run properly under the corporations standards. I will definitely be tell all my friends and family to never visit...
