Worst experience ever! Please don't waste your money by patronizing this location, which is located at 12443 Metric Blvd, Austin, TX 78758. This is why I am saying please do not waste your money. We went to this location on last Saturday my friend ordered her meal through the app and we parked in slot number 4. She noticed that the order was incorrect and tried to go knock on the door and get someone's attention to try to change the order before it was brought out to the car, but no one answered the door or answer the number in the app to call the store. Soon a young man comes out to the car with the order she explains to him that the order was incorrect and that she would like to change the order. The young man stands there looking at her in states I cannot take the order back inside I will get fired. We both look at each other and wonder why he would be fired over a simple mistake, but still we ask that he please take the order back and please correct the order. Se even told him if she had to pay a difference it would not matter. So, the young man then tells her that she can't change the order. My friend ask well let me please speak to the manager in which the young man states “the manager does not speak English”. By this time my friend is already getting out the car headed towards the door of the restaurant and the young man runs in front of her and physically blocks her from trying to gain some attention of another boy inside the building. He then snatches the food back out of her hand goes inside the restaurant and shuts the door. She comes back to the car visibly upset so we drive around to the other side of the building get out the car and knock on the door. The young man comes back and opens the door and proceeds to curse my friend out. We are both shocked. I wish I had my phone at that point to started recording but I did not. Finally the manager or who we thought was the manager comes to the door and ask what is the problem. We explain the problem to her as the young man is still cursing in front of her she can not even control his mouth. My friend at this point does get upset if she begins to rattle off A-line of explicit toward the young man telling him basically” I don't wanna speak to you ever, you are not in manager, and you will not be fixing my problem today”. The young lady then goes back inside and locks the door. No one gives her any food, a refund, and does not even attempt to fix the situation. The young man then comes back outside a 3rd time and is still antagonizing the situation. He begins cursing again and telling her that he doesn't give a Fk, she can suck his Dk, she is a nigger black b**ch. At this point I did pick up my phone and start recording because I was in so much shock. I have my friend get back in the car in we go through the drive thru and we finally made it around the side of the building and guess who is standing there? Yes, the young man is standing outside the pay window speaking to the employee working there and customers in their cars. I'm like really! We drive past him and get up to the window that is when we find a manager. I explain to the manager this was unacceptable this was the only thing that she needed is to have her correct food order or B give her a refund. I also explained to her that her employee’s behavior and language was totally unacceptable. No customer should ever have to endure that type of service. No one should ever go to any restaurant and received that type of treatment. We go there to purchase a meal- the correct meal and if it is not right just help us fix it .To patronize a restaurant and be berated, cursed at, and degraded by a young person -this is wrong McDonald's. And yes, I do have the video footage of this encounter. I wish I could load it to this site, but I believe that McDonald's corporate office should see it first. IF THEY CARE ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I SEE WHY THIS LOCATION HAS A 3.4 RATING. Just as a note. The manager does speak fluent English and she gave my friend a refund. Read moredrove in around 12:30, just got off work, wanted something quick to pick up and go home so i can eat my burger on my coach and watch a movie. i drove up to the speaker and asked for a minute. once i was ready i ordered 1 mcdouble, 1 cone in a cup, 1 dipped cone, L powerade w/ light ice, and a apple pie, i was told i would have my total at the window. nearly 25 minutes pass and i finally arrive at the window, a young man with long hair came to the window with my total, and then asked him what all he got, and he replied saying half of my order and " i dont know haha." they were a little busy so i gave him a break and ignored his ignorance and repeated my order, he then came to me with the wrong total, so he corrected it, i gave him a 5 dollar bill, he gave me 50 cents with no receipt..... ok so by this point i just wanna get home so im waiting for my drink, and a tiny lady come the side with what looks to be a "managers shirt" and hands me my drink. i asked her if it was light ice, she looked at me like she didnt understand me, then i shook it, obviously can hear all the ice, she smacked her lips and started making me another, when she gave me my correct drink i replied thank you ma'am. and she said not a word and shut the doors. no straw, lid not put on half way, all im left with is a cold burger and powerade spilled all over my car. geez all i wanted was a...
Read moreThis location was terrible. We did the drive thru and the customer service was terrible. The person didn’t greet us. Then handed us our 3 happy meals with the boxes open. Then we had to ask for our hot fudge sundaes. There was one spot of fudge on the top of all 3 sundaes. We asked to please get more fudge, normally there is a ring around the entire top. He didn’t respond verbally and just grabbed them from us and told his coworker they said they want more fudge. Then handed them back without saying anything. We started to drive away and realized he never gave us drinks. We backed up and said, you didn’t give us drinks. His response “your not on the screen anymore”. So we handed him the receipt. He closed the door and we waited 3 minutes for 3 small kid drinks. He again said nothing and didn’t even give us our receipt back. Then we realized our 6 piece kids meal only had 5 nuggets. The fries were good, tasted just like normal McDonald’s fries...but the customer service was the worst I have ever seen. AND NOW, the whole family has been awake from 3-5am throwing up, which we can only assume is food poisoning from dinner here....
