First off, I wanna say I love the management here .Great people, they always try to make things good, and keep the place clean. Now the kids that work here don't care about anything . I will say they are consistent. Consistent at being awful. Last Sunday my family came through and to make things easier I did the order on the McDonald's app. I thought that maybe they would get the order right since it was all in print, boy was I wrong. We ordered four Big Mac Meals. Twenty Mcnugets, with hot mustard, and Buffalo sauce. Two snack wraps, An oatmeal with fruit, a yogurt parfait, 4 cheery pies, a large ok and large unsweetened tea. I will not mention they drink mistakes other than we only got three of the total seven to begin with. Of the food, on our first trip we got three Big Mac Meals plain oatmeal no fruit, ones snack wrap, a yogurt parfait .In to of this we waited for the order thirty minutes. Thr bags were shoved at my daughter's who were picking it up and a few cups as well with the instructions you can fill them over there, pointing at the fountain . At home since only half of us had food, I called in with the issue, .I was nicely apologized to .She told us to come in and they would get us what was missed . My daughter's went back with the receipt waited another twenty minutes brought back one more Big Mac meal not custom to our order but ok, the others weren't either. Our twenty piece McNugget cold, hard, and no sauce, another oatmeal without fruit. The missing drinks The pes, and one snack wrap filled with a large amount of long black hair . I've lived in this town six years and patronized this McDonalds probably two or the times a month for that time. I don't know what's kept me going back. Maybe I'm just fat and stupid Like I said the management is awesome, they really care about the job the customers, and the store. Sorry for any typos I have...
Read moreI came in to work in my computer for a bit. Several teens came in about 15 minutes after I got there and just sat around the dining area, listening to music on their phones without headphones, swearing loudly, and not ordering a thing. They left, but about 20 minutes later, another batch of younger teens came in and sat around the dining area, eventually they asked for water cups from the cashiers.
Two kids were sitting near me, listening to music with offensive lyrics on their phones without using headphones, and were swearing loudly as they talked. The other kids were sitting a little further away, and were apparently throwing garbage on the floor. Two elderly PAYING customers told them to stop making a mess, and the kids started arguing with the couple. Then the two kids that were near me started arguing with the couple, too. A manager came out, but instead of telling the kids to stop disturbing ther customers and get lost, she told the kids to stop standing on the furniture... The elderly couple left a few minutes after that.
So sad and very disappointing that this manager seemed to be too intimidated by a bunch of stupid teens to actually kick them out. Instead, she lost a couple of paying customers! There needs to be a "no loitering" rule at this place! That way, if you come to just sit around and not pay for anything, the manager can stand behind the rules by...
Read moreWell I've been spending money with Madonna's for centuries now and this is McDonald's in Rochester is just not it! They don't listen to you when you specify what you want! And they're advertisement says we love to see you smile what I never smile when I drive away and my food be messed up and I have to come back and get it fixed a lot because people don't listen. I know sometimes it's because they're people who are from other countries that don't speak very well so they don't understand everything. But I feel like maybe somebody should be there with them so they they can comprehend or interpret for the customer what they want instead of I came in and explained that they did not make my food right and I explained it very thoroughly and I explained to the lady that it was because I didn't believe they understood what I was saying because the people were Hispanic and the lady called me prejudice! Because I made it a fact that they did not understand what we were asking for. So how could they make it?? There is a lady that I see in the morning times at elderly lady. She is very kind and very sweet. She's the only one there that goes up from beyond for the customer. Sure that she makes sure that they understand how to make the food properly. That's what they need...
