Disgusting service and location. First of all the place is dirty littered with trash, there are homeless people everywhere and that's not really and issue but they stand next to the check out windows trying to get money from people when they pay, it's not practical. What happened today was that I went to the location trying to get some breakfast. I place my order, received my food but when I was paying they credit card machine didn't work I gave them 3 cards that all had more than enough available balance credit and debit, I had no cash available so after trying to charge 6 times they concluded that their internet was not working, ok, there went 10 minutes of my time but ok. They take the food back and send me to another window, they give me the food and tried to charge again, same thing. The kid working the register there asked the same dumb question 10 times "Do you have cash?" even though I clearly told him no the first time .I wait 10 more minutes while they try to figure it out, the kid working the register at that window tells me I have to give him the food back. Are you serious? He didn't say anything else but I handed the food back again and he closes the window. I wait and wait but neither he or the manager or anyone else shows up to update me on whether or not they can do something about the situation even though I know it would be unlikely, but they need to tell me. I waited 15 almost 20 minutes there at the window with the guy ignoring me not looking at all only staring straight at his hands waiting until I left probably, but not taking a second to let me know that they can't do anything about it. I had to leave I guess. Anyways, Horrible service, like they had given me the food twice and it was their fault I couldn't get charged, why go through the trouble of taking back the food that's cold and already handed out if it's just gonna go in the trash? After I left I wanted to pick up from another different store and order through the app but I went trough this eternal loop of the app sending me to my email to log in and going back to the app without logging in, so there was no way to get anything from any McDonalds that day. Fix these issues and train those...
Read moreIf I can rate -0 stars I would, walked in today to dine in with my family walking up to the counter I noticed there was a cashier taking orders at the counter so I stood behind the couple that was currently ordering. As they paid and moved to the side to wait for their order I moved up so “ANDREW” can take my order and he right away said “can you use the kiosk to place your order?” Which I thought was bias and responded I don’t wish to use the kiosk may you take my order at the counter? He said no, I was taken back and asked reason why he was able to take the order of the couple in front of me and was not willing to take my order he responded they only order 2 items. Ok, may I order two items too? He said yes but only two items, remember I was dining in with my family of four. I then asked for a supervisor he said store manager advised we can only take orders at the counter for two or less items? Which makes no sense if it’s two items or ten items you’re still taking orders at the counter? So manager mexican lady who spoke very little to no English chubby short dark skinned short hair walked up as he kept arguing with me about how many items I’m ordering. She then told him to go to the back she didn’t apologize for his behavior but did continue to take my order at the counter which I was thankful for. I then told her may ANDREW please not touch my order at this point I was livid to say the least. She then proceeded with well he’s going to be the one to make your order, I was applaud with her response and how she was handling the situation and asked her may you please pack my order she responded well ANDREW will be the one to make your order if you don’t want him too then you can go eat somewhere else. Wow just wow I work for customer service and this is no way shape or form to treat customers. I’ll never go back to this store and will be calling corporate to file a complaint. I’ll take my...
Read moreI stopped by this location to get a mcflurry. I went through the drive-thru. There was one car in front of me. I ordered my mcflurry. I paid for it. Waited longer than I felt necessary for ice cream and oreos, but I waited - all the while feeling bad for the cars behind me. The young lady comes to the window and explains, "the ice cream doesn't want to come out." I said, "okay?" She asked if I'd like a shake instead. I didn't really want a shake, but I was already there and I had already paid. So I agreed. She asked me if I wanted vanilla. Vanilla was fine, but I asked if I could get a drizzle of chocolate. She she, "Sure. That's fine." I said, "Okay. Thank you". And then she told me to move to the (all, but dreaded third window at McDonalds). I moved up and again. I waited longer than I thought was necessary for again...ice cream and chocolate drizzle. But so be it. A gentleman came to the window, confirmed I had the shake and then told me it was going to be an additional dollar. Wait. What?? I said, "But I didn't even want the shake. I wanted a mcflurry. She offered me a shake. I only said yes to it to make it easier on you." He just told me it was for the chocolate, and continued to stare at me. He just apologized. When I asked for a drizzle of chocolate, which probably equated to a teaspoon of chocolate, I didn't know it would cost more than the mcflurry. The young lady failed to inform me it would be an additional charge. I took the hit and gave the guy my dollar. In total, the shake w/chocolate drizzle cost me $5.43.
Either you're a service-oriented business or you're not. This location clearly was not. I was in the service industry years ago for many years. I would have been happy to give up my own dollar knowing a customer would continue to frequent my business. But in this case, they have lost any future...
