Went in to get something quick and as soon as we arrived we got in line which there was none we were the first to order and one of the workers says to go order on the computer device and I asked Her “even if I’m paying in cash?” And she straight up walked away and ignored me. So we continued to place our order and then proceeded to hit paying with cash. We sat down to wait for our order, and then about 20min go by and someone who walked in after us got their order before us so we went to go ask about it and she proceeds to say “oh you have to let us know”WHEN SHE TOLD US TO GO ORDER THRU THE COMPUTER SCREEN ON OUR OWN. So ridiculous you think people just walk in order and wait for food to be called out and JUST SIT THERE. No common courtesy didn’t even ask why we’re just sitting there if she had no order on her behalf. The stupidest customer service ever received at a Taco Bell. Wasted30min for nothing! Read moreI go through the drivethru to try the new $5 chalupa special box, one for myself and the other for my mother. I ask for one of the chalupas with no tomatoes. Instead, they charge me an extra chalupa with no tomatoes. I manage to catch the extra chalupa before paying at the window. The gentleman asks me if I want any sauce. I replied with, “Hot Sauce.” I get home and no Hot Sauce found inside the boxes, and one of the crunchy tacos broken in half. I understand it’s lunch hour, but lets pay more attention to detail and NO BROKEN TACOS. Update: Both crunchy tacos were broken and I called the store and all I was told by Crystal (management) was, “Oh I’m sorry about that” repeatedly. Unbelievable and ridiculous.

Read moreDo not go here! This is the 3rd time I have taken my kids to Taco Bell late and was told they were out of food. They were serving the 4 cars in front of us tonight. They handed them all bags. I have a hard time believing they have exactly enough food for some people. This three times in less than 2 weeks. Obviously the employees want to close early or just sit around and make money until closing. Tonight it was 11:45 pm. The other 2 times it was around 11pm. They are supposed to be open until 2am. I always see the same young guy at the window and the same girl always says through the speaker that they are waiting on a food delivery. Then when I say what does that mean? Oh we are out of food and that's all. I am done with Taco Bell Period. It doesn't have good food anyway, but my kids like it and we went a lot for that reason.
