Worst experience ever! I've ordered once before, and after tonight I will never spend another dime here! This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I NEVER complain about my food, I've eaten cold food at other places countless times just to avoid complaining . I'm very easy to please. But the food I received from here I wouldn't even feed to a stray dog. I ordered chicken alfredo besides it having mushrooms that I wasn't aware of (I've had it before and it didn't have them) I also ordered broccoli in it and it tasted like dirt! The chicken in it was so burnt it was black, when I finally was able to cut it in half it looked like it expired years ago. I called to get it remade and was told I needed to pay for another order. After going back and forth with the owner I was told I don't ever have to order from them ever again since I'm a hard to please customer . I then asked for my money back and was told the driver would be coming back to pick up my food. I asked if I could have it remade and was told it would be over an hour wait, and my chicken would be under cooked since I didn't like it "fully cooked" and next time I should be more specific! This is the first review I have ever written about a place! They need to be shut down for serving the food I received today ! Do not waste your time or...

This place is a serious treat and one of my favorite places to eat (carry out) for over 5 years. It doesn't look like much but boy do they know how to make tasty food- no wonder they've been in business a long time (almost 30 years)!

I must say that I haven't tried all the items on their menu, but that's only because the few things I get are incredibly tasty and so satisfying that there's no need -I'm already so excited to eat just those items.

They make what I'd be willing to bet is one of the best (if not the best) Philly cheese steak sandwiches.. The bread stands out for sure..

But my #1 item hands down is their pepperoni rolls! They are to die for!! I'd bet money that no-one can beat them in Austin. No chance! They can't get any better! The dough is perfect- light and airy, crispy and soft at the same time.. They're perfectly buttered up and sprinkled with parmesan and oozing witch cheese and tasty pepperoni. They seriously make pepperoni rolls from other establishments seem dull.

Rarely does food cause me to close my eyes when eating, while uttering "mmmmmmm" between bites... And I'm usually not the only one doing so... It never gets old and it's a treat every time..

Called and complained because my chicken was black and burnt I didn't want mushrooms in my chicken alfredo didn't even know that it came with mushrooms he didn't tell me that it came with mushrooms.... when I called to get my food replaced he said he can replace my food if I pay for it.... and I said I'm not going to pay for more food when I already paid for something I didn't order and he said if I don't like it I can order food from some where else it's not going to hurt his feelings. Then he said he wanted the food back before he replaces it or gives me my money back? Really???? Was he going to send it to someone else or what? Not only was the chicken burnt my sister's chicken parm was dry and couldn't even cut through it.... He was obviously the owner bc he said he was and only a owner could care less about one less customer he lost. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life..... save yourself the anxiety and go to Olive Garden......that man is heartless and has no consideration for people.... and there hard earned money! Not only is he all that but he is greedy very greedy and people like that won't go far... that place should be shut down or please hire someone that has a soul!!!!! DO NOT GO...
