I was super excited for a location that's super close. I went pretty late and well I can say that the burger tasted pretty good, the fries not so much. My order was handed off almost instantly and was hot (albeit with no cheese melting used). Here's where the problem lies, though. I had to repeat what I wanted 3 times. Not a huge issue to me since the order ended up being correct. Right away I notice the wrappers and bag are SOAKED in grease. Never had P. Terry's be so darn greasy. I take a few bites of the fries and notice there's no salt on them. This would be fine if they offered ketchup or something. Or a salt packet. But nope, nothing. I move on to the burger. Now, I can usually handle excess salt (I'm eating a burger after all), but this burger was so sharp from all the salt and pepper, but mostly salt, that it was upsetting. I guess this goes hand-in-hand with the fries not being salted, but I like to enjoy these things separately. it was a horrible experience, and not one I've ever had at P. Terry's. I'm glad that this was the hottest and fastest burger I've had at a P. Terry's, but I thought I had waited long enough for this place to not have hiccups.

Dear P.terry’s Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly bring to your attention the importance of maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. As a valued food provider, your commitment to serving healthy, clean, and properly prepared meals plays a crucial role in protecting the health of your customers. Ensuring the highest levels of food safety not only helps prevent foodborne illnesses but also builds trust and loyalty among your customers. Simple steps like proper food handling, regular kitchen sanitization, and strict quality control of ingredients make a significant difference. Additionally, we kindly recommend placing a container of ice under the ketchup (and other perishable sauces or drinks) to keep them cold and safe for consumption, further protecting the health of your customers. We sincerely encourage you to continue prioritizing food safety, for the well-being of your customers and the reputation of your business. Thank you for your attention to this important matter, and we wish you continued success. Best regards.

I'll be honest I came late to the dance but I'm here to stay. The quality is consistent the service is consistent and of a much higher bar than most local fast food. Certainly the price point is a little higher but you get what you pay for in freshness and quality. Even with coupons and free food from other nearby establishments I still drive right past them to get to P. Terry's. Hey I can only predict making even more visits now that some of their locations are offering 24-hour service. And I think Chick-fil-A better watch out! :)

Came to check if company reached out to find out they hid my review and the others who defended me I worked as a shift leader for this company for 3-4 weeks. The GM at the time was nice, everyone played around, made jokes, made the day go by fast. Then one day, the Area Manager pulls me to the side to tell me I’m terminated because of me making an inappropriate comment to another employee. I didn’t know what she was talking about since I had been joking around with my co-workers, who I knew joked around like that and more than anything, I would only laugh at conversations that had already been started. She tells me that the person who reported it told her she pulled me aside to talk to me about the situation, something that never happened. Turns out the shift leaders who reported me was the same one that talks about sex, telling another employee that the guy who delivered the milk for the company would go that day and asking her if she was ready for some milk, exposed to me how one of the shift leaders there is transgender (something that is personal and shouldn’t be spread around), asked me how sex works with me and my boyfriend since we’re both men, she told me not to try to make any changes in the store or I would put a target on my back and no one would like me there, would let team members wear nose piercings when it’s strictly not allowed, made a joke about how we couldn’t eat meat that Wednesday for Ash Wednesday (not only cooked meat but raw meat, referring to sex) this is insulting in a higher level than the joke I made with a friend because she’s talking about mine and others religion. I walked into this environment and didn’t want to go in and just start telling people what they could do or couldn’t do because I was still in training and why would they listen to a new hire if the GM, someone above me, would let them do whatever they wanted. I explained all of this to the area manager and she told me that I should have gone to her and that I was just making excuses for myself. I asked her for her supervisors number or email, who is the person who ran my second interview, she told me “Im not giving you that, if you didn’t get her contact information when you met with her that’s not my problem.” It was so unfair that they fired me and gave the other associate involved a write up, but didn’t do anything in regards of the other shift leader who has been allowing all this to happen under her supervision. I know that it’s always easier to get rid of someone that is just starting to train than to get rid of someone that already knows how to do everything, so she was just willing to let things slide. I was able to get in contact with her higher up manager thanks to another area manager that gave her a message to reach out to me. She contacted HR and they contacted me. The area manager who terminated me told me that investigation had already been done, when no one from the store had been called or contacted about this incident or about me, my behavior in general to do further investigation. People weren’t contacted until after I spoke to HR, then they did do further investigation. After talking to HR and pointing all of this out, I figured the would give me a second chance due to the circumstances that it wouldn’t be convenient for them to fire every single associate there for making the same mistake and give me a first and final warning (like they did with the other person who was involved in the conversation with me) but they still told me that this didn’t change the outcome of this incident. I was beyond disappointed, more shocked than anything because I would figure that the company does not want this kind of publicity to damage the image of their company but, they decided to also turn their back and do nothing to help me. There’s so much more to this than yall can imagine but if I put everything on this review! I still expect to hear back from HR to be informed about what measures are being taken regarding the information I provided that of course the shift leader who reported me...

This is the most frustrating PTERRYS and we have been to almost all of them. 12 individuals inside and they are helping a car every 10-12 min. It’s taken over an hour to get ONE burger. I’ve never seen a fast food or P Terrys be so unproductive and inefficient. What a complete bummer. Poor job all around and I hate to write this but I would visit any other p terrys besides this one. The line even got so long that cars are actually sitting at a standstill on the IH 35 frontage road. Someone will get hurt and no one is getting their food in under an hour. It was just disheartening to see so many employees standing inside the facility with many frustrated patrons. Even the lack of empathy from the employee manning the checkout / window didn’t seem phased at all regarding the fact that we sat at the window for almost 15 min. When she finally opened the window in our hope of giving us the single burger we ordered, it was to ask US if she already gave us our drink AND if she can see our receipt because she couldn’t remember what we ordered. I wish I could give this more than one star but dangerous busy drive through line / lack of efficiency / zero damage control / poor professionalism and clear visa import that no one knew what they were doing or seemed to care, just can’t...
