If it were possible to give no stars. I would have done so. I went to this establishment to order lunch for my daughter's group that was rehearsing at The School of Rock nearby. I went up to the front door at 10:30 but it was locked. The hours posted on the door said it opened at 9 a.m. I called the number for this location on the website and it confirmed that the location opened at 9 a.m. I was about to leave assuming the information was out of date when two employees drove up and tried to enter the door. When they discovered it was locked, they walked off without saying a word to me. Just as I was about to leave, an employee came from the inside and unlocked the door. Turns out the restaurant had several customers sitting inside whom I had been unable to see because of the tinted windows. When I commented I thought the restaurant was closed because of the locked door, the employee at the register said, "Well, there are two doors. You could have walked around." I told her I had never been here before and didn't know to walk around the building looking for another door. She shrugged her shoulders and just looked at me without saying a word. I thought surely the manager, J. Corona, would not allow this kind of rudeness to a customer. However, Mr. Corona walked up to me, gave me the same line about how I could have walked around to another door then added, "We're really busy with catering and you just seem like you want to complain. I need to get back to work." With this kind of attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if the employees spit in your food when they prepared it. I did not order food here and will go somewhere else, anywhere else, ...
Read moreCame here with my family for dinner. The restaurant was not busy at all but we were told we had to order via the kiosk. Kiosk is not great if you need to modify anything at all. As we were halfway through ordering, another family came in and they were helped immediately by a person taking their order. They ended up finishing their order before we did. This was a minor annoyance.
My daugther has celiac disease and we ordered her the gluten free garlic bread with the tomato soup. She's had this many times before with no issues at this and other locations. When our order came the kitchen seemed really out of sorts and they missed many things on our order, including the gluten free bread. When they gave me the bread, I ask multiple times if they were sure this was the gluten free bread and the worker confirmed that it was every time. We ate and left, then my daughter starting vomiting about 1 1/2 hours after we got home. Really disappointed that the worker either wasn't taught about very common food allergies or didn't care enough to remake an item. I'm leaning toward to prior here as he seemed like he was trying to do right, this is on...

She didn't check yhe second time assumed it was correct. Got to a meeting we were going to and it had cheese. She immediately called. The guy on phone told us he would refund. Thursday my wife checked to see if tge money was reversed on card. Wasn't so called again. Same guy told us on phone we has to came in to get the refund. He was told we would be in the next day after work. My wife got there he refused to give hef refund. Said he would give her a sandwich which she didn't want. We threw the original away Tuesday. When she started to insist on the refund Ervey G got extremely rude. Don't go to location. They will mess up your food then treat you like a criminal when you call them on it. It's too bad. I love the sandwiches and get the original large, but will never eat...
