Update. Hadn't been here in a while to save on eating out. They've added a TCB. The TCBY guy pushes the sale hard. I didn't care for that, since he put the yogurt in a bowl and asked my 4 year old if that was enough for her. My kid doesn't get too upset when I tell her she can't have something, so no big deal for me. There was an employee ( i would assume it was the manager) sitting having lunch in the dining area, but he continued to give direction to employees. Probably wouldn't be to bad, except he had to use a loud voice for them to hear him. It was embarrassing really. He asked one guy if he had walk the lot for trash there times! When the guy said yes, the response was, "did ya really?" They also appear to have removed the trash cans. What the hell? I'd pass on this one and head to the one in cedar park.
Old review:
Everyone at this location is extremely. There were only a couple of other patrons in the restaurant. The general manager brought out our food and was extremely friendly. Then my daughter saw a young lady working there with braces. As kids do, she asked what happened to he teeth. She spent several minutes talking to my daughter. Very sweet. I think her name was Sarah. I've been to other locations, and the others aren't as nice. The season wasn't right, so we didn't sit outside, but I'm not sure I'd want to because its so close to the freeway. Inside is clean and so were the bathrooms. We had the grilled chicken pesto pizza. It was delicious. We also had the broccoli cheese soup, and that stuff...
Read moreKalli was our server (the person who took our order). Although a very sweet personality, I felt a bit rushed at the counter. I was trying to sign in to my rewards app, and she asked for my phone number and email address to look up my account. I reassured her of why I wanted to sign into my account (because I had a coupon I wanted to use), and she insisted on the account not being found. There was no one in line or even in the facility at all for that fact, so my standing at the counter to log into my account didn't seem like much of an issue to me. Anyhow, I gave up on signing into my rewards account and decided to just pay for my child's food. I asked if she could break a $100 bill, and she assured me she could. I handed Kalli the $100 and the loose change, something of $.62. Kalli takes the bill to the back for change and returns with $87 worth of $5 and $1 bills. To be exact, $50s worth of $5 bills and $37s worth of $1 bills. I guess I should have been more specific about the type of change I wanted because there, noway I would have given a customer all those bills in change back. I had a debit card I could have paid with as well. This is the 3rd time I've visited this location, and the gnats make the dining experience very unwelcoming. Of course I haven't eaten the food as I refuse due to the gnats in particular but my child asks to come and I suffer for her. This will have to be...
Read moreMy order wasn’t the way it normally looks. I informed the manger who was actually the one handling the order that my chicken was thinly sliced and she informs me that’s how it’s suppose to be (which it has never been thinly sliced it looked like turkey and as if it was cut for a sandwich. She tells me well it I is today with an attitude and asks me what I want her to do. I don’t know if this Is her usual attitude but I’ve never had a poor experience here until tonight. I asked for the managers name (before I knew it was her) she pulls on her shirt without saying anything and then says her own name. I ask for her managers name she said Gill. Of course she was probably upset more by now because when she remade the order with no meat I decided I didn’t want it. She then slammed the window after giving me back my card and receipt. If you are able to see all my reviews on places I go I probably have 1 bad review that I’ve given out. This Will be two. I pulled over to write this review because her energy was off. Neither of our voices were elevated it just seemed As I she just did not want to be there. Vey unpleasant experience. This happened on...
