I recently had the pleasure of trying the Turkey, cilantro pesto, spinach, pepper jack sandwich and the pepperoni, sun dried tomato pesto, mozzarella sandwich at a local restaurant, and I must say, they were absolutely delicious!
First of all, the atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic. It had a cozy and welcoming vibe, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the sandwiches. The Turkey, cilantro pesto, spinach, pepper jack sandwich was a delightful combination of flavors. The turkey was tender and juicy, and the cilantro pesto added a refreshing and zesty kick. The spinach and pepper jack cheese added a nice balance of textures and flavors, making each bite a delight.
The pepperoni, sun dried tomato pesto, mozzarella sandwich was equally as impressive. The pepperoni was perfectly seasoned and had a nice spicy kick, while the sun dried tomato pesto added a rich and tangy flavor. The melted mozzarella cheese brought everything together, creating a gooey and satisfying sandwich.
Overall, I highly recommend trying these sandwiches at the restaurant. The combination of great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food make for a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a fan of turkey or pepperoni, these sandwiches are sure to satisfy...
Read moreI usually love this place and I am a regular customer. The staff are wonderful and typically the food is on point. However I’m really disappointed by follow through by their administrators over a screw up on their part.
I came in a few weeks ago for a salmon brassica salad which I get pretty regularly. It usually come with a bright lemon dressing but when I sat down to eat my meal that is not what I got. Instead I got a dull mustard-like dressing and I panicked. I feared they had changed their dressing offerings and I’d have to find a new favorite salad for my regular lunch rotation.
When I reached out on Facebook they assured me it was a mistake. That it was a mixup between their salad dressings and in the future I’d see the lemon dressing again. They also offered to make things right by sending me a gift card via email to reimburse me for the salad.
I never received the gift card and though I’ve followed up they have been unresponsive. I am disappointed because this is one of my favorite lunch spots. I’ve been going to other restaurants for my salads and soup lately instead.
Cava has pretty great...
Read moreThis was the first time we've tried this place. My husband & I went to grab lunch on our break. We went inside to look at the menu & order. The man working behind the counter was flippant and seemed annoyed we weren't familiar w/ their options already. I asked for a drink (meaning a fountain drink, I had no idea this place didn't have that available. Again, it was our 1st time) he snapped "that's not how it works"...Ok, sir? Please tell us how it DOES work then? I was surprised considering most places in Austin have friendly service, but I have to say for $20 for a cup of soup, a salad, & grilled cheese? We'll go somewhere else next time where our money & time feels more appreciated. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the food we ordered WAS good, but the uppity & rude service left a bad taste in our mouths & we won't...
