I go to this Starbucks because of the location (it's right down the street from where I live). They do have one table that is great to sit at and work, but most every other seat there is attached to tall tables or small tables. Factor that into the fact that this location is usually busy, I often arrive and find all the options for seating to be taken unless you arrive when they open or when they close. I had a few interactions with the staff when I first started, but there weren't friendly and I felt like I was a burden just because I wanted to order a coffee. I tried a few times, but the customer service was so jarring, that I just use the mobile ordering so I don't have to interact with the staff. I will say that when it's not so busy, the staff have been passingly nice, but most of the time it is a busy location so those times are far and few between. Also, this place gets loud. Every time I visit, there are small groups socializing and they can get loud. I always have my headphones on due to the noise level. It can almost sound like a crowded mall. All in all, there are ways to get around these things. But if noise, crowds, limited seating, flustered staff are dealbreakers for you then you might want to try...

I just had to haul my sleeping newborn son out of the car, walk across the parking lot and risk waking him up to get my coffee which unfortunately I couldnāt cancel the order for. Neither the Starbucks app or Google say anything about there being no drive-through. Both Google and the Starbucks app only mention amenities, and not what the store does not feature (features that someone may expect, like a drive thru). She has a great personality and attitude to listen and make it right to customer like. I can see that my family and I can come back and spend our money here. we rated 1-star because of the gentlemen works here (Marques ?) has a RUDE attitude and unprofessional to Starbucks customer. I pointed out there are at least 5 fly insects inside of the glass cake and sandwich display and his replied was āthere are just flies! ā. City of Austin food inspection should visit this location for their lack of cleanliness. ...
