Someone that was hard of hearing was going here to order, since no one else was with him, I tried to call the phone number listed on the website. It goes to a fax screech. I tried multiple times. No one ever answered. So he tried to order. 2 of the orders were fine, the 3rd was completely wrong. It was a garlic steak, mozzarella instead of provolone, flatbread, heavy tomatoe, and regular amount of onion and green pepper. What I got was a garlic steak on flatbread (they got that right) no tomatoes at all, no mozzarella or provolone, barely any onion or green pepper at all, and the garlic sauce was SO HEAVY it was completely INEDIBLE!!! Fine, I can understand them accidentally doing it wrong. But it took almost 2 hours to get ahold of someone at the store. They did apologize and will remake it for free when I come again, but that was supposed to be my dinner tonight and I'm now half an hour away- I have to do something else now. Since they are going to redo it later, I'm giving a 3 Star instead of the 1 I was going to give them when I couldn't get ahold of them at all. Normally they'd get a 5 Star so this visit was very disappointing...
Update: went back for my supposedly "Free" remade sub, the manager lied to me. When I finally got ahold of someone with the original order, they said he would write my name down and I could come get my free remake - he didn't. They now demanded a picture of the sub or the receipt- neither of which he informed me I should do. So either the person now on duty is inept or the person on duty then was a liar. I'm not sure which is preferable. Ended up going somewhere else. I obviously can't trust them. I was a regular here - now I'm starting to...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst service by the 2 young kids working tonight! We go here frequently and have always had good service, now I really don’t want to go back. Ordered 2 sandwiches, one was just meat and bread. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes, if not longer. The whole time I was waiting in the drive through, her mic was on talking about how tired she is, “boi”, etc. Came to the window to pay and a male came to the window and asks what kind of drinks I ordered, I didn’t order drinks. Makes a snarkey comment and closes the window. Female comes to the window that made my sandwiches, cleaning her teeth with inch long fake nails to take my money. I’m kinda disgusted now thinking there’s no way on earth she was wearing gloves or if she was how she could not have poked a hole in them while making our sandwiches. Also, absolutely no one was in the dining room, I could see the potentially long wait if they were busy. Should probably make it a policy “no vaping or gangster talk while on the clock!” I never leave reviews, but this one was...
Read moreThe food was good, but the experience at the drive-thru could have been smoother. The woman taking my order seemed inexperienced, as she asked some unusual questions and there were long, awkward pauses where I wasn’t sure how to proceed. When it came to the sandwiches, they were poorly assembled. For instance, on one sandwich, two ingredients were placed unevenly across the bread. My sandwich had meat, lettuce, and sauce, but the sauce was oozing out everywhere. While she was friendly, her lack of confidence and unusual questions like asking if I wanted the meat and cheese toasted at the same time, made it feel like an off day for her. It’s possible she was new, but I’d be hesitant to return if I hear her voice again, though I mean no offense to her personally, just her sandwich-making skills and...
