Just unbelieveable. I go through the drive through. One of the drinks I ask for a ginger ale with peach in it. Just a note, they have the coke free style machines. The person taking my order says they do not have peach for the ginger ale. Okay, not an issue. After asking what flavors they have, I decide just to go with regular. With the next meal, I asked for a cherry barq's root beer. The response I get is that she does not understand what I mean. So I reiterate, saying I would like a barqs root beer with cherry flavoring. She then says her manager says they do not have independent flavoring. Now I am super confused. I don't understand what she means. In my mind, if it was a situation where they didn't have a cherry option for barqs, then she would have just said that, similar to the ginger ale. Her manager then comes on and says they aren't like convenience stores and do not have the flavoring separate. So I ask what flavors they do have and she says regular or vanilla, I go with regular. Like what the hell. Did the person taking my order have a stroke while I was ordering? Why was it so difficult for this person to have the same exact repeat conversation about the root beer similar to the ginger ale? To top this all off, I had to wait 20 minutes for my food after paying. Take in mind that there was no one else in the drive through when I pulled up. The fries we got were not hot. They were not warm. They were cold. How are you going to make me wait 20 god damn minutes and then give me cold fries? What the hell are you people...
Read moreMy family and I ordered the mix and match of their chicken sandwich and onion rings. We all drove away from the drive through window and started on our way back on the road. After a few bites into chicken sandwich we noticed they weren't even cooked all the way and the onion rings weren't cooked fully, they were soggy and wet looking. So we tried calling them but no answer the first few times because it was getting close to the closing time, and when we came back for a refund at the window, they were very rude and unprofessional about it, supposedly it was the manager.. We had almost all the food still, and so we gave it all back to them. She even wanted the sodas too, which we gave her back as well, and didn't even offer to remake or give us a coupon or anything. She threw our money back in our hand and slammed the window closed. No receipt back or a copy at least. But I am so glad we aren't from here because we would never go back to this place ever again!! Such terrible service and experience! Plus it was a long wait just to order and then long wait for food to be out the window to us. WOW! CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN OR HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES AND ONES THAT ARE GOOD IN...
Read moreThe old man working the night shift was EXTREMELY rude. His attitude was horrible. He had an attiude while taking our order because I asked him to please wait while I figured it out. We pull to the window and my 15 year old was driving she has her permit and is still learning - we got to the window where she was a little bit away from and he asks her to move the car closer but if he even attempted to stick his arm out the window he could of reached the card so we switch seats because she wasn't comfortable reversing in the drive thru. As I pull back up he's rapping cuss words as he takes my card and swipes it. He hands my card back no receipt tells me to pull up to the next window and slams the window shut super hard. He brings the food to the next window as he is sarcastically telling me to have a great night I ask for my receipt he walks off and comes back with a torn receipt. He removed the survey code and his name off the top of the receipt and the code off the bottom. Burger King is not a hard job and there is absolutely no reason as a grown adult to act that way. Embarrassing for the restaurant and management to...
