Culver’s — Restaurant in Austin

This was our first time eating at Culver's and it did not disappoint! Their butter burgers are soooo good. The deluxe versions have lettuce, tomato, big fat pieces of pickle, and red onions..and they will put on mustard, ketchup, and mayo! You can tell each burger is made to order. And they give you a number and run the food out to you. The kids mostly ate fried foods - chicken tenders, corn dogs, and fries. But they were so excited to see their meals came with an ice cream voucher! The ice cream is custard...and so so so creamy. Ya know I've been going to culvers now for years and the past 2 times in a single month me and my wife have have the most awful service with having to wait 20 or more minutes to having oir orders not what we wanted them to be.today we went to culvers and got a crispy chicken with no onion no tomatoe and adding cheese with a basket and a drink, then we ordered a culvers double deluxe with everything and just the sandwich, large cheese curd and a sourdough melt and a drink. We got our food 25 minutes later with 2 crispy chickens with pickle and cheese and a sourdough melt with fries and cheese curds and 2 drinks....not what we ordered. CULVERS FIX...

I have always got exceptional service at this location. Clean .But last week I was there twice in one week and the service was absolutely awful. 4 employees stood and talked among each other as I stood there . This was 2 in the afternoon. Finally one of the kids came over never greated me , I had to ask if me was the order taker , all he said was yah . As I waited for my lunch they continued to chat , a couple of there friends came in and 2 of the crew where acting unprofessional jumping around in your lobby laughing and talking different language.
