The snow cone was the worst I've ever had. I had high hopes after the texture seemed to be close to what I was looking for. Only came here because the Tropical Sno at The Domain was closed and it was a mistake. I was looking for something to satiate my Cherry Blaster craving and thought the Cherry would suffice. One long wait later and all I had to show for it was mosquito bites and a terrible taste in my mouth. Before the owner claims slander again (even though this would be libel if it weren't true), ask your employee on duty this past Saturday if he had to step out to go get medium cups while customers were waiting. Sweet Caroline's is our favorite local business and we frequent it as often as possible during season. The snow cones are incredible (very light and fluffy, finely shaved ice, the best!) and the staff is always friendly. Their extra toppings are fun and delicious and help keep things interesting when your husband insists on getting a second snow cone to go "for later". Today (Sept 11th) me and my friends came to get some snow cones as we love this Sweet Caroline’s and have for a long time. The young girl in the neon pink shirt was very sweet in the beginning but when it came to our orders we noticed some issues. 2 out of the 3 were ordered to have ice cream in them and neither did. When we asked about it she replied with “It’s just really hard to layer the ice and the ice cream”. I don’t know what else to call that but lazy. Do better....
