Only go here is you want to lose your phone. My phone got stolen last night as we we were walking in the place. I had my hands in my pocket protecting my phone but then someone pushed one of my friends and I took my hands out for five seconds to catch her mid air and after I helped her my phone was gone, I immediately use my friend's phone to track mine with FindMyPhone and it showed it was still there, even my apple watch was still connecting but no ONE person from their staff help me with the situation! By the end of the night when they were closing one person from their staff at the door told me that 15 other girls had come to him saying that their phone was gone too and a guy who was there told me "yeah, this always happens here", so how come this issue has been going on for soooo long and the place does not make anything to solve...

THE RANCH = PHONE THIEVES. They steal everything in your zipped purses, passports, car keys, house keys, your IDs, all your credit cards then they take it to Sam's Club in Katy Texas, max them out, ship your phone out to Houston then Miami then Shezeng and they take out your phone's SIM or extract your eSIM and send you violent text messages and disturbing threats and images and try to FaceTime you over and over again and text you relentlessly. Then the phone ends up at Shezeng China and the factory workers at that exact building started looking me up on LinkedIn. Violating experience, the bartenders and staff are in on it. Do NOT go to West 6th. Worst...

The night I was there the bouncers punched a girl in the face, another stranger got sucker punched just for asking why they hit the girl for no reason. Later in the night I saw five bouncers beat up one of the guys in my group just because he asked for them to find his phone he lost. They obviously used excessive force. The cops were called and the only statement they took was from the steroid monkey bouncer who was doing all the sucker punches. They get paid by the bars for extra security. I feel the Austin police are to blame as much as the bar itself. It was packed and the service was horrible. If your thinking of going here bring a lawyer...
