I love oh-k dog. I truly do.
I came in on 02/15/25 4:35pm with the question of "can I purchase a large cup of just the garlic sauce?" The woman at the counter was understandably confused but asked a lovely woman from the back about my inquiry and the woman came out and asked what I wanted and was pleased to sell it to me and told me I could come back anytime to purchase the sauce again.
I came to oh-k dog again on 03/22/25 hoping to purchase more sauce as well as an egg toast and was told no. This didn't upset me as I'm sure my request confused those behind the counter. I kept the receipt from my first visit and showed it to the workers and then asked when the lovely woman would be back and I would come back then. I then understood that there was a slight language barrier so I asked with the help of a translator. The only response I received was they would not sell it to me. I thought maybe they did not understand what exactly i was asking so I asked once again with the translator and the person behind the counter shrugged. I didn't want to cause a sceen or seem crazy so i left.
I came back again yesterday (03/27/25) wanting to buy and eat some egg toast and before I could order anything the woman behind the counter walked away. I was so anxious about the entire situation that I just ordered online and had my husband pick it up.
I'm not sure of what to do. I love the garlic sauce. I truly would love to purchase some more but don't want to constantly come back like a fool hoping to see the same lovely woman. I'm sad I won't be able to eat my favorite food anymore but I don't want to create problems.

Ordered the potato mozza dog and "sweet potato mozza hot dog" thinking it would have cheese and an actual hot dog in it like we had asked and as it was indicated in the menu, picture and display but it did not. Immediately upon inspection of the first bite, noticed it did not have an actual hot dog and brought it to the register to get one with a hot dog. They refused a refund or exchange so we ate what we had.
