Pete's Avalon Plaza Cafe is a stand that serves a variety of fare: Mexican favorites like tacos (asada, chicken, shrimp), nachos and burritos, to fish and chips and pizza among other items. Read moreI don’t normally write reviews, but this place deserves a warning. I paid $27 for Carne Asada Fries, and it was a complete waste of money. The fries were way too salty, and honestly, the whole dish was gross. I don’t even know how it’s possible to mess up Carne Asada fries, but they did.
