My friend and I took our 5 kids and 2 extra kids here for lunch today. We ordered food at two separate registers, got our cups and headed to the play place to wait for our food. When our trays were brought out I personally was missing a snack wrap, regular fry, and kids fry. My friend was missing an entire kids meal. Both of our receipts had everything listed correctly so we informed the staff. Twice our forgotten food was brought out incomplete, at this point I leave her with the 7 kids and go to the register. Marcus the red haired young manager was who I approached and informed him we were still missing fries that we paid for. Very rudely he retorted with "I know we're getting them you'll have them when they're done you can sit down". I said it's fine I'll wait. While waiting he began to belittle the woman who rang up my order saying this "you need to watch what you're doing because I've been yelled at by two people in the past 10 minutes for your screw ups" at this point I became frustrated because neither one of us had even raised our voice or had an attitude with anyone because we've both worked fast food and understand mistakes happen. I looked at the woman and said "whoa, whoa, neither of us have yelled at anyone and both of our receipts are correct and we rang up at separate registers. So I don't appreciate you telling her that we were yelling at you when this is the first time I've spoken with you". He interrupted me to say "Was I talking to you? This does not involve you whatsoever so you need to stop". At this point I decided it was best to keep my mouth shut as we had 7 kids with us. Once I took my food and sat back down Marcus left the store and went to a car that had about 5 other young guys in it, when he came back in with all of his friends they all stared at us and laughed. I'm so disappointed that a manager was so blatantly rude to a customer, but more so that he was attempting to belittle a woman much older than himself in front of numerous people using a lie to do so. He needs re-trained or to work in the back he should never be on the front register or training an employee ever again. Disgusting behavior and quite frankly pretty pathetic treatment...
Read moreThis is the absolute worst McDonald’s in the universe. I don’t understand how such an affluent area can employ so much incompetence. I came here this afternoon with my love and our children. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. It took us around 13-14 minutes to arrive. Upon arrival it took over 20 minutes before anyone even came to the car, and when he did, he had 3 drinks and an empty cup and had the nerve to ask IS THAT ALL? McScuse me, sir but where is the mcfood? I was upset at the foolishness and went inside of the McDonalds after waiting a minute or two longer. We were already there close to 30 minutes. Upon entering McDonalds, I started to wonder if I made a mistake and entered an Atlanta Waffle House, because the floors were so greasy and slippery. If I wanted to take the family skating, the floors were so nasty, none of us would have needed skates. When I went inside, I grabbed the food from what looked like the manager (who was also the same guy who brought us the drinks and useless empty cup) and the fries were in there looking so disrespectful. I said SO YALL JUST THREW THE FRIES IN THE BAG? There were 6 fries. As long as it took to receive the food, they weren’t even warm. He almost forgot to give me my daughter’s happy meal. As I skated out of the restaurant, I went to the car and we proceeded to give everyone their mcfood just to see that a sandwich was still missing. I skated inside again and told the person who assisted me before that I was missing a sandwich and told him what kind. After going to the back for a minute, he doesn’t come back with a bag with the sandwich. He came back with a question. WHAT KIND OF SANDWICH AGAIN? After a minute or two, he came back out with a bag. I skated off to the car, and guess what? It’s the wrong sandwich. I just can’t with this place. Who is even going here? They don’t even deserve to have the MC at the beginning of their name. If I never went here again, it’d be too soon. I gave one star because there wasn’t an option for zero, plus my iced coffee was decent. Please do better. The one star reviews aren’t a lie. If the kiosk is not working or a button didn't work you as the manager in no way should be rude about the order being messed up. It's fine things happen I was the one with the messed up order and didn't have an attitude. I was done I just wanted it fixed. However from the time I walked in with my bag she was irritated. Then began to speak to me with a rude tone and was being sarcastic about my order being messed. Proceeded to try and explain herself cutting me off. So I tried to explain again and then she hit me with more attitude. If you can't simply deal with people on a regular day to day basis you should not be doing customer service. I asked for her name she ignored me. I asked the other employee for her name she said she didn't know .I said excuse me ma'am she the manager continues to ignore me. None of them have name tags so I asked another employee and she asked the manager if I could have her name she said no with attitude and then said said it again she doesn't need my name she can go have a good day. So atp I'm like hey I didn't even approach you with any attitude and my order was the messed up one come on now. That's not how you speak to your customers. She ignored me again. Asked for corporate info she ignored me. I felt so disrespected. She is the manager of s nice location I might say but her attitude is just awful. And this isn't the first time I had to personally deal with her attitude. I just felt completely out of place and disrespected and uncomfortable. I came to order food for my grandma not be disrespected or disregarded. I'll find corporate number and explain all her behavior and rudeness..
