We waited for about 5 minutes at the speaker to have someone obtain our order. I had two separate orders, the first they added on something I never said I wanted and when mentioned it- said they would take it off at the window. No biggie. Second order, we asked for a specific item very clearly and they charged us for another item that cost more. (Didn’t have a chance to tell them at speaker so I go to window to tell them) Get to the window, told the person who I’m pretty sure also took our order that the order first order was wrong and they were oblivious. 😅 Go to pay for second order and had to tell her it was wrong as well. The woman working the window and register didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all. I was patient though & I was very VERY clear upon ordering at the speaker what I wanted. This isn’t even the half of it.
I ordered two double whoppers for the first, large fries, and two large drinks. I have my mom check the bag and yes, even the burger. To find out it was a single. I go inside to get it fixed and it was fixed accordingly. However, the next issue is when I get home. I’m pregnant, I do have pregnancy brain - but STILL 😅 I realize that I didn’t get my DRINKS!!! I sat down to start eating , and the fries were cold, hard, and had been sitting for at least an hour or more I am not kidding. I only live 5 mins from this place.
My mothers chicken fries were okay, the problem with her order was that the poppers she ordered were not even cooked all the way. Had to finish cooking them at home in the toaster oven.
We’ve called corporate and hope to get a call from the district manager. Ive lived in this town my whole life and ive never had an experience from Burger King like this. It used to be much better. I will not be back and will not recommend anyone else go to this location...

My wife spoke to a GM for Burger King concerning this and she told me that she was treated very rudely. So I called Burger King in Avon and spoke to a Megan who told me that she was the GM of Burger King. “Megan” was very rude and unaccommodating she just dared me to call the police and just write a report. She wasn’t going to deal with it. Now what Ms. Megan did not know it that she was speaking to a head Chef! Her actions spoke volumes, I quickly read the reviews on the restaurant I saw that this theft and rude behavior has happened before with no correction. (I blame the burger King corporation for allowing her to work in this capacity.) Working in food service I know that this is highly unacceptable. Having GM that has such a disrespect for her consumer base makes you think how are they going to treat the food that you consume? I’m not saying that they tamper with the food however ask yourself can you trust such a person with maintaining the very high standards like serving you food at the correct temperatures or maintaining correct Sanitation standards which can get you or your family member sick or worse? For me it’s a no! As a Chef or food service professional I know how things are supposed to go and this is not it. Matter of fact if this Megan does change her mind on how she treats her consumer base. I would not recommend anyone visit this burger king because you not only can be a victim of theft but you can risk your health or a family members health by consuming their food. Read more1st The young GIRL who was at the front counter was making fun of me because i came back inside, the cook gave me a 9 piece instead of a 10 piece as i order. She put her head through the serving window where the cook was and said "the customer said you shorted him 1 piece of nuggets and she was laughing because i came back for the nuggets. 2nd thing, It was a good thing I came inside because they informed me that I didn't pay for my food at the window, and that i drove away. The normal routine is you pay for your food 1st and then they hand you the food 2nd. From habit most people drive away after they received their food is just a natural reaction. plus my kid was screaming in the car. I told her I did not realize I didn't pay. So I paid. But the same girl at the counter,, when she found that I didn't pay she's stuck her head through the cooks serving window again and proceeded to talk tell the cook. that I didn't pay either.
