MConcerning Experience with Food Quality and Management Response
I visited thus location today at 08:18 am and ordered a Mexican Pizza. Upon tasting it, I noticed a strong chemical flavor, which raised immediate concern. I returned through the drive-thru to report the issue and requested a refund for the uneaten portion of my meal.
The staff member I spoke with initially identified himself as the owner but later clarified he was the manager. He declined to provide his name and mentioned he would check the preparation area for any chemical presence. No further action was taken, and I was not offered a refund for the item in question.
Shortly after consuming the food, I began feeling lightheaded and dizzy. I have retained my receipt and am documenting this incident for transparency also kept the food in case it’s needed . Additionally, I have filed a report with the local Board of Health’s Food Safety and Consumer Department and am attempting to contact the franchise owner to address this matter.

Read moreEdited to drop the second star from last year's review. Went to the DT at lunch today. Sat about 10 minutes only to be told they are only doing Door Dash orders. I asked why there was no sign and was told 'we're really busy'. It takes, what, 2 minutes to write a sign and put it in the DT, but make bunches of customers wait 10 minutes or more to save yourself 2...great customer service.
A lot of issues lately. I chalked them up to short staffing until yesterday. Went through the dt at lunch, 5 cars ahead of me and took over 15 minutes to get to the window. I pay and she says 'your food will be right out'. Umm, it's sitting right in front of you along with about 3 other orders. She closes the window and proceeds to chat with a coworker for about 3 minutes. Turns back around, opens the window and gives me the next guys total before remembering she never gave me my food. Read moreIf I could give a zero I would. Was coming through Avon on my way home to Plainfield and stopped at this Taco Bell to order 3 items that cost me $8.25. I get home hungry as heck, open my items and not one thing is right! Not even a receipt in or on my bag so I could at least take it to the Taco Bell around the corner from me. Crazy thing is the order was right on the board but somewhere between the board outside and the making of my orders, somebody didn’t care to concentrate on what the heck they were reading!
