10:30 on a Sunday morning, this location is ground zero. A deluge of churchgoers flood the establishment, and the staff is completely underwater. Drive-thru backed up to the street. Line out the door. I park and take my place in the queue. 15 minutes to take my order at the counter - a large hot coffee and a single donut. The Mobile order station is beeping nonstop. Nobody is happy - it is chaos. This is clearly the first job of the young man working the register - still, he is too young to be as sleep-deprived as he appears. 5 minutes go by. A crowd gathers by the mobile pickup station, which lays barren and neglected. None of the 6 ladies working there are taller than 5'4", yet Dunkin mocks them by placing the sticker seals on the highest shelf possible. 10 minutes. The receipt paper is out again. Somebody get that poor kid at the register a coffee, he's moving so slow. God has forsaken this Dunkin. 15 minutes pass. A single employee darts back and forth from the kitchen, refilling a constant stream of donuts and munchkins, a Sisyphean task as the patrons order one assorted dozen after another. I ask if there's a problem, knowing full well there are many. A glimmer of recognition ignites in the eyes of the young man at the register. "You had....you....just cream and sugar, right?" He takes a single step to the right, passing a mountain of mobile order tickets, still wailing at anyone to press the "accept" button. He grasps a large holiday cup, pours it full, pumps the cream and sugar, and seals the cap in one motion. He then walks all the way around to the "pickup" counter, a haven away from the disgruntled line of caffeine-deprived customers, and hands me my prize at last. I pass by the gnashing and sneering patrons in line as I return to my vehicle and weave between the parade of drive thru hopefuls. Never again, I say, as I wait to make the most frustrating left hand turn this side of Cleveland to get back onto Nagel road.
Coffee was hot, donut was donut, 2/5 will come again...
Read moreThis place is an absolute nightmare... Avoid at all costs. It took me almost 20 minutes to get to the register to order, even though there were only four people ahead of me in line. When I am finally able to place my order, I present a (valid) coupon and the cashier fumbles around for a few minutes and then basically says, "I couldn't get the coupon to work so you'll have to pay full price." Ok... Not sure why you couldn't just ask a manager to adjust the price, but whatever. I just waited for 20 minutes to get to this point, so I guess I'll just pay full price, get my food, and get out.
After 15-20 minutes of waiting for my order (and watching the employees have zero sense of urgency about anything), I ask if my (simple) order of two bagels with cream cheese will be ready soon. The employee doesn't even look into my order and basically just tells me that someone else will be handling it. I wait another 5-10 minutes, see no indication that anyone is working on my order or that anyone even cares at all, and walk out.
45 minutes of my day wasted (as well as the cost of my order). I will never...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars for this location I would. Stopped for a quick bfast Sunday am and ended up spending about an HOUR trying to get food!! First we got the new bfast wraps completely frozen in the middle took them back in they refunded and I reordered 4 wake up wraps which I was going to pay for with no problem BUT the cashier took two of them off and said they were charging me for 2 but making 4 which I thought was awesome to make up for me having to turn around and now wait for new food however when my food finally comes out the SECOND TIME they bring me two wraps I tell them it’s suppose to be 4 and she tells me I have to order more which I DID ORDER 4!!! Mind you were now spent almost an hour at this dunkin and I haven’t ate. This is the WORST service I have ever experienced after they told me 4 were being made they don’t come over and tell me just make half of what I order and tell me I have to order for a 3rd time AFTER my food is done! The store manager who works Sunday mornings needs fired. This occurred Sunday July 9th between about 11am to noon. I would avoid this...
