I never write reviews unless I really love something or am really disappointed, and this is one of those disappointing times. My companion ordered an iced unsweetened peach citrus white tea -- which she has gotten at other Starbucks several times and loves -- but at this location it had none of the peach flavor. Barista offered to remake it, but told us it wouldn't taste any different so not worth it. I ordered a mocha frap that came out correctly, but I also ordered a toasted asiago bagel with cream cheese.They warmed an unsliced bagel -- not toasted -- and I was told they didn't have cream cheese or anything else to top a bagel with. Luckily this location is in a Meijer store, so I was able to run to the dairy aisle and get what I needed. Admittedly its only two, but neither were good... Today ground my gears though... My wife wanted a refresher, easy enough, the company is offering bonus points if you get that and a lemon loaf... I ask for the drink and will ignore the attitude, but was told that the qr code to get the points doesnt work... It will crash their system... If I want to pay with the app, I can, but not just scan for points...
The manager was restocking and said it has been this way since she started working here in February... That its Meijer's fault...
I worked retail, I can overlook a drink that isnt the most presentable, a technical error, and an attitude...
What i have great issue with is that in June I had similar issues... But it was that I couldn't pay with my app because it would crash their system... I could only scan for points...

   Read moreThanksgiving day went to place my order, food heater not working so no food, coffee machine sounded like it was broken. Manager was sitting across the booth in the lil cafe with her headphones looking like she was in her pajamas and instead of getting up to talk to the barista she was yelling across the room. It took the barista so long and while I was grabbing my drinks I grabbed the little green tabs for my coffees the manager had the audacity to yell âdonât do thatâ I donât want someone putting their nasty fingers on the lip of my coffee. Needless to say I have never had such poor service and for that manager to yell at a customer on thanksgiving day. What a horrible way to start the day. Never coming back again.
