Where do I start?? First of all i realize it is a shared blame here between how I ordered the sandwiches versus what was sent to me.However, I felt like I received no support from Jersey Mike’s when I called regarding my incorrect order.
To begin I ordered two hot sandwiches via GrubHub and if you know anything about ordering food to deliver. It is not cheap.
Food arrived on time. I ordered two identical hot sandwiches, when I opened the bag It was clear immediately that this was not the sandwich I ordered. This appeared to be cold.
Upon further inspection, I realized that my potato chips were not the chips that I requested either, as well as I received an additional item. I immediately contacted Jersey Mike’s and spoke to a young person who answer the phone. We compared the order and it was WAYY OFF.
My biggest problem is when I spoke to the general assistant manager, she offered nothing to me! It was almost as though I had to explain myself to her like I made the mistake!! Not even an apology she blamed everything on GrubHub and basically Shrugged me off As my ordered didn’t matter.
To add additional insult when I was consulting with GrubHub regarding the incorrect order order, I look at the sandwiches and the two “Identical”Sandwiches were even made incorrect. One sandwich looked to have all of the fixings, and the other sandwich was bare!

Slow services, not friendly, everyone seemed annoyed with each other and the bacon. Usually lots of nice, crisp, big pieces of bacon for my blt. However today they were at the bottom of the bin. This wasn't the first time I have had the employee ask if I wanted the bacon for my BLT - hello! The B is bacon and the whole reason I ordered THIS sandwich. This evening the young girl picked several tiny broken pieces and put them on half of my sandwich then went to get 4 full pieces for the other half. Another employee saw what she was doing and grab 2 more pieces for the broken half of the sandwich-thank you, sandwich saved! On a completely different note, they always get my name wrong. Read moreSo I paid over $15 for this wrap. I paid for extra cheese, bacon, meat, and mushrooms. Does this look like it had extra anything on it. No it doesn't. Also there was no cheese or mushrooms just very little meat and few peppers and more than half of nothing but tortilla. I've worked fastfood my whole life and within the past 3 1/2 years I was management for FIREHOUSE SUBS in Speedway, AGM in training at Brownsburg when the owners I worked for own it, and management at Plainfield Firehouse Subs.
