I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. They just stared at me until I initiated the conversation by saying, "Hey, can I get a bowl?" The entire team came across as rude and disinterested.I was being assisted by Dinora, and her attitude was immediately aggressive and rushed. When she put the chicken in my bowl, most of it fell off the spoon. I pointed this out and asked for a little more to make up for it. Her response was rudeāshe asked if I wanted to pay extra in a sharp tone. I explained that I wasnāt asking for more, just what had fallen off, but she insisted that one scoop was all I would get. Her tone remained harsh, and she began staring me down, trying to intimidate me. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional.Even before this, the first associate who served the rice was rushing me as well, despite the fact that I was the only person in line. Neither of them smiled or offered any basic courtesy. Dinora, in particular, was just outright rude, with no customer service skills whatsoever. I ended up walking away because I couldnāt believe how poorly I was treated. The service at this establishment needs serious improvement.
Update: I received a response from the customer relations team, or whatever their official name is, and all they did was apologize and repeat back what I said. They acknowledged the issues I raised about my visit, but their response felt empty. Simply saying 'I'm sorry' and informing the managers is not enough.I would have expected at least a discount or some form of gesture to welcome us back and make up for the inconvenience. It's not about getting something for free ā I donāt need a free meal, but an effort to address their shortcomings would have been appreciated. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, along with my wife and family, it's disappointing to say we won't be returning to this location, or any others in this chain. I will no longer speak positively about this restaurant...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Everything about the whole experience was absolutely horrible. The place that I work for ordered for everyone in the office which was about 15 people. I went to pick it up and the first thing that offset me was that I had 6 drinks I needed to carry along with a large box and several bags and they had no drink carrier. Second thing was once I got back to my place of work and sorted through what everyone got, 13 out of 15 orders were wrong. I've never seen a place get that much wrong. When my manager tried to call the store and ask for her money back or a replacement order or something, they laughed at her saying that it wasn't even possible for them to mess up that much. We continued to tell them that they did mess up and some people even have food allergies and can't eat it. They said (and I quote), "Just eat around what they can't have." Last time I checked, that's not how a food allergy works. Again, they laughed and said that we would have to bring it all back up there for them to check to see if it's actually wrong. So, we did. They were NEVER apologetic about what happened. I took it back up there with a friend and they ended up remaking the order in the back for us. I work at a fast food restaraunt and if something like that happened, we would refund the money and remake the food for them. There was nothing of the sort coming from them. They ended up hesitantly giving us a thing of chips and queso. I will never be coming back to this location. I would gladly drive 30 more minutes to any other location. Don't waste your time or money going to this location. Absolute worst experience...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy brother had an awful experience at Chipotle during lunch today. From the moment he walked in, the staff were very cold and unwelcoming. They didnāt even greet him and just stared at him until he asked for a bowl. He was the only person in line, yet they were rushing him through his order as if they couldnāt be bothered to serve him. When the employee was serving chicken for his bowl, a few pieces fell outside the bowl. He politely asked her to put them in the bowl, and she responded very aggressively, saying, "You have to pay extra." Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for, making him feel uncomfortable and almost harassed. It was clear she was trying to intimidate him, so he decided to leave. He reached out to Customer Support to share what happened. After expressing his dissatisfaction and how poorly the situation was handled, all they did was offer him a free drink. Yes, a drink. The responses from Customer Support, signed by someone named Jay, titled Customer Care Coordinator, simply repeated what my brother had written without making any real effort to make things right. Offering a drink after such a bad experience felt insulting and dismissive. At the very least, they should have offered a meal for the inconvenience and how the employee treated him.Chipotleās lack of concern and their minimal attempt at making amends shows that they donāt really care about providing good customer service. Just be aware that, based on this experience, they donāt seem to value their customersā...
