Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Avon

My family orders from this location about once a week and I usually utilize the app because it’s easy to repeat the same delivery order. Only 1 time out of probably 30 orders over the past year turned out bad - that’s a pretty solid record. That 1 bad experience was met with a very concerned call from “John” who is the Avon area Manager and the situation was resolved. Overall the quality is awesome even though the prices are expensive at around $30 for 4 subs but that feeds the family and it’s always fast. I appreciate the fact that Jimmy John hires youth in the community- I fully support that effort. I absolutely love the Beach Club but will not be ordering from the Avon location ever again. I pay with a tip online, but when the delivery drivers arrive they always try to pressure you into giving them an another tip. I have had this experience with a female delivery person a couple time, and now the male that came in today was completely rude to my co-worker when she would not sign an additional tip for him off of my card. I understand life is hard, but when you already received a tip prior to the delivery, do not pressure for an additional tip. Very...

No issues with the food or service (minus person making my sandwich touching his face to pull his mask over his face and then touching my sandwich). My concern is with the cleanliness of the ice machine at the drink station. It was honestly disgusting and I'm considering tossing my drink. It the ice dispenser was filthy and covered with some sort of film. Even if it's from the hard water, I know it shouldn't be allowed to be that dirty. I know that salmonella can be present in ice machines/dispensers that aren't properly cleaned and maintained frequently....
