Pizza Patrón Dysart Road — Restaurant in Avondale

This is the first time I ordered from here. My pizza arrived and half of it had only marinara sauce and nothing else. I paid for extra cheddar and extra mozzarella cheese. It specifically says I wanted the extra cheese on the whole pie. Somewhere something got clicked that says remove cheese from the left half (I did not realize this). I called to ask what happened. The guy said "yeah it was a little confusing bc you asked for extra cheese, but then asked to remove it." Why not call and clarify? Who orders a half pizza with ONLY marinara sauce?! That isn't pizza. They didn't even offer a discount or apologize. I will never go here again.

I called back when I realized that they actually made a mistake and that warrants a refund. They refused and told me their manager is on vacation.

In the beginning of the month I came here to order the Jefe special. When getting the order it all seemed to be correct. guess on the one hand I should've checked if it was indeed correct. I got home and realized it was chicken Alfredo pizzas Now coming home and giving that to teenagers you can only imagine. No one wanted to eat that. I called and I spoke to Dylan which said he was so sorry and honestly had great customer service. Due to the fact that I don't live close he said I would be refunded. I called two days later and spoke to a Douglas I got some attitude and he stated he wouldn't be able to refund me unless I showed up. I’ve always thought Barrows Pizza was the best pizza in town until I tried Pizza Patron. First off, the manager was very helpful and kind. Gave me extra free food and spicy ranch since it was my first time there and couldn’t decide what to get since it all looked so good. He told me they’re ranch including their spicy ranch, which is amazing, is all made in house. I could taste the quality ingredients in my pizza. They actually used real fresh mushrooms. I have never seen that at a pizza place. Plus, they make adventurous Mexican style pizzas and other unique pizzas that I have never seen anywhere else.
