On Saturday July 1st my lady placed an order for me online for this location around 2254 hrs...for some reason the website started buffering, right after she hit send for the payment. Her bank however sent her payment confirmation immediately...I was waiting in the parking lot while we were waiting for the order confirmation. over 15mins passed and still no order confirmation from the Whataburger website...now I realize that this is no fault of the store location...but there is more...so I went in the store to inform the staff member that we placed an order but the website isn't giving an order confirmation...she stated that unless she could see some proof that she could not help me...this is when I showed her my cell phone screen shot showing the payment that was dated and time stamped showing when the order was was placed and paid for...then the same staff member told me that she couldn't help me because the order wasn't showing up in their system... So then my lady forwarded the screen shot of our order and I showed that to the staff member...this is when she became rude and began to speak to me in a condescending manner...I politely advised her that she was being rude and it wasn't necessary to speak to me the way she was...she then said she would need to call her district manager...the time is now 2324hrs and the order comes thru in their system...but now she is telling me she doesn't have to serve me...mind you she is literally holding her phone while the DM is listening...she now tells me that She is NOT going to serve me and that I can get a refund...and the DM supported this...So I advise them I will take the refund...then she tells me I can get a refund on the app...but we did not use the app...I asked how do we go about getting our money back...she could not tell me...I then asked for her name and she flat out refused to give me her name...this was perplexing to me because this staff member was the MANAGER ON DUTY...so today 1 week later I returned to this location after some inquiring I got her name Yaneth, from the DM Marco Canales...who was lacking of any empathy what so ever and did not offer to give me my money back , nor explain to me how I go about getting it back. I used to visit this location 5-7 times a month... I will never return to Whataburger...Wendy's and a Dave's Double would be my recommendation...I intend to escalate this to their corporate...
Read moreMy husband ordered 2 Whatacatch sandwiches to be made with cheese, extra pickles and tarter sauce only. They came with no cheese, extra pickles, tarter sauce, and lettuce. 😑 i brought this to the managers attention. Now, the second time, the sandwiches came back with no lettuce, however, heavy tarter sauce, limited pickles, and still no cheese. The say, "three's a charm," yeah, right, my husband brought this to the managers attention. The manager added cheese to each sandwiches. The cheese won't melt. The fish was cooled down with all the time it took to adjust the sandwiches and it was swimming in sauce. My husband took one bite of the first sandwich and was grossed out because of the heavy tarter sauce. He folded it back in the wrapper and set it aside. He opened up the second sandwich, peeled the fish off of it, took a bite and gave up. Fish needs to be hot to be good. My husband told one of the servers to inform the manager that these were the worst Whatacatches he has ever had. You would think the manager would take the initiative to come over and visit with my husband. Nope ! When the manager came on to the floor to deliver someone's order, he did not stop by. My husband decided to call him over to visit with him. He asked the manager, "when someone criticizes your food, don't you generally go and visit with them about it?" The manager just gave him a blank stare. My husband added, "I know you knew about the complaint, because I heard your team member tell you." He kept staring at my husband saying nothing. My husband added, "by the time you finally got the order to me, the fish had cooled down, the cheese couldn't melt, it was soupy and unpresentable and not edible.". The manager finally spoke and decided to refund our money.
I think this manager needs to learn to be a manager and learn that in the end the customer needs to be served a quality product.

Read moreToday was the WORST experience I have ever had eating at any restaurant. My Grandmother had decided to stop at Whataburger and buy my sister and I lunch. Everything was fine until we were brought our food. My Grandmother noticed right away that our fries were not fresh, but I dismissed it thinking she was just being dramatic and I told her of course they are fresh considering we were the only three customers dining in the entire restaurant...but sure enough I reached for a fry and they were cold. As we unwrapped our hamburgers we noticed they were not even warm! I ordered my burger well done and not even mine was close to warm! Before leaving my grandmother spoke to someone upfront who happened to be the manager and let her know what had happened. We got no sympathy and when my grandmother showed her the receipt had said well done and I did not get my burger well done the manager simply said that they did not cook it well done because all of their burgers are cooked well done anyways!!! 😂😡 i have ordered my burger well done plenty of times from this exact Whataburger and guess what? They made sure my patty was well done but this manager apparently did not seem to care about customers. What is even more ironic is that she is the one who took our order to begin with and I politely asked her if my patty could be well done and she said of course yet she basically told my grandmother that I was not going to get mine well done anyways ! I work at a fast food restaurant myself and I would never treat a customer this way. She did not even offer my grandmother anything although that is not what she wanted she just simply wanted the manager to know for next time but now because of her attitude and lack of hospitality We are never Spending money at this...
