The Service by the Assistant Manager was absolutely horrid. I have never felt so terrible after ordering food from a restaurant to the point that it resonates. I ordered a 3 piece crispy big box. Just to give context, I was asked to repeat my order in the drive thru window, then pulled up to the window and asked what my second drink was. I asked for BBQ sauce and honey which I had to ask for again. I check my order because I was concerned due to all of the hiccups. It was original instead of crispy. I told the drive thru employee and she informed the Assistant Manager who came over aggressively and asked me “Where’s your receipt?” In an accusatory tone. She then stated “Do you have your receipt?” With the same tone. I was flabbergasted because I had never had an employee let alone a Manager speak to me in such a tone. The employee then interrupted and said that the order was on the register screen. The Assistant Manager then said in a rough tone “You ordered original!” I said I ordered crispy. She then argued with me and stated that the register screen says original. I then stated I ordered crispy through the speaker. She then said she couldn’t take the chicken back. I paused and became silent waiting for some type of friendly customer service, but there was nothing but an awful person who argued with me and accused me of messing up my own order. She then walked away and finally gave me the crispy chicken. She needs training on top of training, a new friendly customer service attitude and a new personality. Read moreDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! My husband and I stopped here today partly because we hadn't had KFC in a while. Going to this location was a HUGE mistake. There were only two other customers when we got there and now I know why. We walked up to the girl at the register and she looked at us and walked away and grabbed a broom and started sweeping. Another girl finally came and took our order. 20 mins later still no food. But I had watched people who came in after us order and receive their food. Finally our food was done. I went to get it and the girl that took the order at the register was also apparently the one to fill the order in the kitchen. As she handed me our tray she was laughing and said "I'm sorry for the wait ma'am. I totally forgot about your order". Seriously? I get back to the table and some of my husband's order was missing. So I took the receipt and went back to the counter. Stood there for over 5min waiting for someone to acknowledge me. While I'm standing there some manager walked in with some bags of cleaning supplies. I waited and waited. I even looked to the manager for help. NOPE. I loudly said apparently I can't get anyone to acknowledge me and gave up. The manager looking person just handed over the supplies and left. My husband went up to the counter and no one would acknowledge him either. There was a gentleman who had come in to order and stood there for at least 10min before they took his order. These workers have no sense of urgency. When we left he was still waiting for his food and he had been in the restaurant for over 30mins. We will NEVER go back to that KFC. Read moreTerrible service, new manager is extremely RUDE, disrespectful, unprofessional, ANGRY, Insecure and negative client assistance. The new manager does not know how to control situations, find solutions and try and understand customers. I was just there yesterday to purchase dinner for the family. There was about 6 or 7 other clients and working was just the new Elder Female GM and a normal cust service rep trying to run the entire Fast Food Restaurant which is impossible. There was just couple cust and they're trying to cook serve take orders both walk in and drive thru and keep clean as they go. Well as u can imagine terrible, no control or order what so ever. Worst part about this situation is that one 0f KFC district manager was present but u would never know since he was cooped up in the back office sitting on his ass with absolutely no worries or cares in the world as his employees or team mates as they say are out there struggling. Reason I knew he was there because he stepped out for a sec to use the restroom for a min and ran right back in. The place was a mess and dis not look healthy or safe to eat their food. They need to re-hire a new GM and DM and take control of both that store and District. If he allows a store to run that way and not once bothered to help and get cust in and out or at least clean up a bit then u can imagine the rest of the stores in his district. I regret going in .. I live close and would go with my fam 2 or 3 times a month since my 3yr old daughter loves their mashed potatoes.
