Taco King Restaurant — Restaurant in Azusa

Very disappointed the last 2 times I went through drive thru I had placed my order and had a gentleman on his cell phone for about 5 minutes when he put the person he was talking to on hold in order for me to give my card to pay and then got back on his phone and waited over 10 minutes with nobody in the restaurant and nobody else in drive thru ...today I had another bad experience a older lady working there took my order and with nobody again inside and in the drive thru at 10:30am was talking with the person who was talking on the phone from the first time and waited while they talked and didnt ask for my card for almost 10 minutes and not exaggerating when I say this took a total of 17 minutes to receive my food and they even forgot to give me my drink because the conversation was so important they forgot they were at work.....1 star wont be coming back hopefully the manager or owner reads this ..they weren't kids working their adults that know better hopefully it wasnt the manager that was helping me...more training needed to become a even better successful company serving...

Judging by just the look of this "carne asada torta," you'd realize there are certain things wrong. One, it's missing the lettuce and tomato. Second, the CHEESE. OMG never in my life have I seen, heard or ate a Mexican style ANYTHING with sliced white cheese. Not from a block of cheese but that packaged cheap white cheese that looks and tastes like plastic. It's what this tasted like. Every bite what overwhelmed with the taste of that cheese! Not the meat or the avocado.. just that melted slice of cheese. Lastly, this one; I would've forgave if it had the two other above mentioned items, it didn't have mayonnaise or cream. Buut it didn't so this was a disgusting mess I had to return. Now don't go and judge me. I have never returned something for that reason but it was begging for it. I haven't mentioned what my fiance got. A chicken burrito and a green smoothie; which when I asked how they were, he responded with shrugged shoulders, a scour and an "ok." The only thing that was any good was...

I come to this place because it's close I do not come to this place because the prices are reasonable because they're not.. I do believe the food is overpriced for the quality of it... I've tried different items for the menu and I am being very honest when I say it's nothing that would stand out the only thing I say is good are the fish tacos on Tuesday for a dollar and the beer bottle beer is I believe $3.50 but other than that it's just an overpriced Mexican restaurant and their employees I can say they're not rude but they're also not very polite on two separate occasions I ordered paid and didn't receive the receipt they have a sign that says that if you do not receive a receipt your food is free on both occasions I was denied my free food and actually on one of them I was...
