Taco Tapatio — Restaurant in Azusa

Got the fish tacos and it had no taste. I POURED the salsa verde on there and it was still completely flavorless. I couldn't comprehend how I was chewing on so much and tasted so little lol

Half the restaurant where the kitchen is smelled so bad it was nauseating and suffocating. It smelled like old grease but it sat heavier than that, hard to explain. They need better ventilation there for sure. Should've known when I pulled up and it was empty.

Mind you I was starving when I ordered and food always tastes better when you're hungry lol. Certainly...

Well first of all I'm a really really picky Mexican I know how my birria got to taste okay it wasn't in birria De chivo it was beef for us it's called Barbacoa but it was on point it was really delicious I even had a couple of spoons without the lemon because the spices was that good I got a burrito from there too the my man loved and his family member did 2 my phone died by the time I got my food so sorry for not putting up the food pictures but trust me it was really good...

I love this place and the people who work here, but...... The quality of the meat they are using the last 2 years has gone down so bad its unbearable. Also their beams and rice just aren't the same anymore. I'm literally eating a Carne Asada burrito as I write this and it's proving the point others have been trying to tell me, which is its time to move on. I hope they can get back to their old delicious ways and I'll try again in 6 months or so but until then adios...
