All 8 Motel — Hotel in Azusa

Rooms are over priced the staff is rude mainly the management. The housekeepers are great. They don't offer a late checkout even when I offered to pay for one. They said we don't want money for late checkout you pay all now or you leave... THAT'S THE WRONG BUSINESS MODEL. I even cancelled my reservation the day before so that they'd get all of the money instead of splitting it with a 3rd party booking company and that's the thanks I got in return. They will then harass you as you pack up coming repeatedly to your door saying the same thing in broken English over and over again. Wasting time and diverting my attention on they're repedative harassment. Don't waste your money on this run down outdated rude hotel. They walk up and down the 2ns story balcony similar to a prison guard walking the tier at San Quentin... Although San Quentin might be a little more up to date and nice in there amenities compared to this dump which charges for ice!! Can you believe that... No hospitality whatsoever. Rude ignorant and arrogant proprietors of this shoddy establishment. If I could give them ZERO...

Manager lady VERY RUDE!!and she tells the guy what prices to make . They are charging everyone different prices . And they told me I can’t pay with my debit card anymore to ONLY pay cash ! And the lady and the guy are trying to make me pay $250 cash for two days ! When the other day they just charged me 90 for one night and the lady woke up in a real bad mood and is trying to charge me a lot more than the actual price ! And making me pay cash if not she said I need to check out because I can’t pay with my debit card ! And I just checked to book a night online is $65 !!! It was cash only on site, but to be fair I barely showed up within the Stated Check in Period. Bring 65 for room and 5 for remote. The TV works, but may require some tinkering to figure out depending on your level of tech savvy (i.e. can you turn it on? You need to turn it on without the remote first to use the remote). Works well AC works too. I really didn't expect so much for so little in Southern California especially when surrounding places quote at 90 or 120 a night easy.

Bed was firm so if you're picky about that, it may not be for you. Shampoo and conditioning was a nice plus albeit a small packet and the bathroom was spacious.
