We come here all the time once either Saturday or Sunday. Then we eat here maybe every two weeks during the week so minimum 6 times a month we tip the ladies everytime. They have made mistakes plenty of times, my husband literally had just said when we drove off "shes nice but they always mess up our orders". I called maybe a year ago they forgot to give me something they insisted they did then they wanted me to go get it now or they wouldn't give it to me. Today we went ordered bacon and eggs combo and added extra bacon. 2 pieces 16 dollars for this I'm including picture of what we got. We went to starbucks ran some errands at 830 we finally sat to eat . I'm serving us, I notice there is only 4 bacon strips 3 and 1/2 I think. I tell my husband look he watched me untie bag take bag out then container open the container for the first time. We both look and He said " See! see I told you they always mess up", I said, "did they charge us",they charged us, we survived it's just the point that we are being charged. This is. the 7/8th time being charged for extra bacon or a side and pieces are missing. I started calling it took me over 20 minutes to get through then someone answered stayed quite hung up 3 times. Finally I get through to someone and I tell then she instantly says how many did you want because I know they put extra bacon I said there was only the 4, she says hold on. She gets back on the phone and says see we know for a fast the cook said he put it in there and one of the girls looked in the box and said there was 2 extra pieces. I told her okay well obviously you don't care about your customers or what I have to say We come here a lot and I know for a fact you guys all know who we are. I never complain and why would I lie about this? The whole reason why I'm calling is just to let you guys know that it happened, which is ridiculous to be charged for something and then not get it. And then be told you're a liar. I have no reason to lie.I would not waste my breath. Or time to call. If I was being dishonest and I'm the customer and you're basically telling me screw you.We got your money and the bacon you paid for. I won't give my business to them anymore. Her response was yah idk what to tell you we put it. I instantly tool a picture I planned on showing them during the week when we go back. But nope we like it hear we share the bacon and eggs since it's pricey I think we get 2 sometimes the side of 8. My husband said 2 extra pieces of. Bacon she repeated it. Read more"Giant Burger" is $1.79. Put that soggie "California Classic Double Burger, thats $2.49, being offered by Carls Jr. Back in the flame broiler. Spit those lifeless gloobs of onion smack dab on the Carles Jr. star. This here "Giant Burger" that Tam has on the menu has put the capital B, back on Burger. Crisp onions, humans burgers worth serving of lettuce (not a bunny burger), juicy tomato sliced just the perfect width, eavenly sauced on that 1/4 pound of good old ground beef.
I ordered the burger only becuase I had to pee and the bathroom is customers only here. If not for this rule of cleanliness in their restrooms, I would still be eating typical fast food burgers like Mcdoubles (was a peice of cheese greater and a dollar less with half the kelp cut beef a decade ago) , woopers (Tam makes it your way too) & jumbo jacks.
I have now been 3 times and each time I get one "Giant Burger". Its literally about 10 miniutes to order, hit the restroom, sit and eat, grab some Ice and take-off. Only having spent under $2.00 dollars.
I need to re-rate all fast-food reviews I have done, because the five-star ratings that I have given, surley can not compete with Tam's Burger, which im giving 6 stars too. Treat yourself today, save money for tomorrow & dont get confused by the new restroom doors in other fast-food...
